Went to visit the three store in Birkenhead yesterday, Nowshin was seeing to me and she was lovely to be fair! Very knowledgeable etc but had to keep telling me that everything I needed doing wasn't able to be done, they didn't carry a Google pixel pro 10 phone in the shop for a start (not her fault) they couldn't send me one via DPD until 6th July a fortnight away?? She agreed it was a long time to wait for one! (Not her fault again) I agreed to have one sent out to me though as I needed replacement asap as mine got broken days ago and wasn't working good at all (not her fault) then I told her I needed it sending to me at my mother's address due to me suffering a recent stroke and mum is caring for me as I can't stay at my address for time being as too unwell to be there alone! Again, this couldn't be done even in special circumstances! Now I have ADHD/ADD/PTSD and brain damage from the stroke which means I get frustrated easier than most people! I explained about my stroke whilst I was sat there with my disability on show with my walking stick next to me (my first day out with the stick on hottest day of the year) took a lot for me to even leave the house at all! I did show some frustration at the whole situation whilst I was in store of course I did because I was getting absolutely nowhere with them and even said out loud that I don't know why I'd even come down there at all! All of a sudden this banshee from the other end of the shop comes running towards me having a go at me telling me to 'get out get out, waving her arms around all dramatic to show everyone how important she is but by the way accusing me of shouting!! My mum was on bench outside waiting and the only woman she could hear shouting was the so called manager! Nobody heard a word I said! I did actually say to her 'absolute state of you' I said it twice as embarrassing wasn't the word honestly! She was yelling 'Dont ever come back' whilst still waving her hands around towards me! At no time was my voice raised by the way!! It had nothing to do with her, she ran over and inserted herself in to the situation when I was already in the middle of leaving the store in the first place when she hurtled over being over dramatic so that all of the shop could hear and see her! I have never in fifty years seen a display like it in retail from a so called manager! She couldn't manage her own behaviour never mind the public!!!! Anyway I swiftly moved next door to Vodafone who did everything I needed there and then and all set up in under an hour for me! Lovely fellas in Vodafone couldn't do enough to help me given my unique circumstances which I was thrilled with given the unprofessional behaviour displayed to me next door from that woman manager! She shouldn't be working with the public, there wasn't any offer of something constructive to help me or the situation to be resolved, no empathy, no attempt to try to get involved constructively! Bizarre behaviour indeed! Do yourselves a massive favour and avoid this store if you are disabled especially if you show any signs of being exasperated by the obstacles and hoops three mobile want you to jump through to purchase their goods, just avoid it as you will be ridiculed, shouted at & thrown out!! I was there with walking stick, I was a threat to nobody as I can barely even walk properly, she acted like I'd just threatened her whole family or something! Way over the top and uncalled for! Not once did I raise my voice to anybody, I didn't swear or insult anybody! I was treated appallingly in front of everybody and I know I am not alone in this experience from her! The low reviews about the store tell you the truth! Mine being one of them! Never ever again, as soon as my broadband expires I'll terminate that contract also! First day out since my stroke and that's the treatment you receive, no wonder I don't want to leave the house!

Myself, my mum and my daughter visited Birkenheads store where we was served by a lovely young lady called ‘Nowshin’ and her customer service was exceptional she was so helpful and explained everything and made it clear and understandable there was no pressure and she didn’t over complicate it at all. We are so grateful she served us.

Dealt with Daz in the Birkenhead store today and I must admit he did everything to make my new phone contract the best deal I could get. Expected to walk out with a brand new Samsung but walked out with a phone just as good with a tablet and headphones. The works and the tablet was only an extra £2 a month. Make sure you also for Daz and he will sort you out with a class deal

I am a new customer and when I went into the shop the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The young man who served me helped me choose a great deal that suited me and was brilliant at explaining the difference between phones. The other staff were also friendly and the atmosphere in the shop was welcoming and relaxed. The only downside for me personally was whilst the deal i choose came with a free gift from Samsung (brilliant!) it wasn't held in store and I have to claim it via a website. Overall though my experience there was a positive one. Thanks!

Our experience was smooth from start to finish we were seen by Jack. He answered all our questions, explained everything clearly and found the perfect contract that was ideal to me. He was happy for us to go away and think about our decision without any pressure, he made us feel at ease. after some thought I was happy to have returned and move forward with a new phone and contract with reassurance.
