I upgraded my contract a few weeks ago…
I upgraded my contract a few weeks ago and did a trade in. The trade in value was adjusted and we accepted the offer. But instead of the money being paid out the old device was returned. On following up I was told to book the phone in at the store.
However at the store they were not able to help me.
I was provided with a number but that did not work.
I. Am so frustrated and this has taken so much time and being sent all over the place
