We have been customers on and off for over 15 years. Alex is always helpful, knowledgeable and will always look to get you the best price for any tyres, parts and repairs. My most recent interaction was just before Christmas 2023 when I took my wife's car to TG so they could repair the bumper and front fog light as she had run into the back of someone at low speed. Alex checked it and said they could help and found fitted us in within 3 days. Three days laterI left the car with him for an hour so his team could sort for me. Within 40 min of me leaving the car he phoned me to say to say it was all done and sorted. Excellent price paid, quick service and no issues since. If anyone needs their car servicing, mot'ing or repairing I would have no hesitation in recommending Thrapston Garage! Excellent service and quality workmanship.

I would highly recommend Thrapston Garage. Alex has always gone over and above to get my car sorted out, whether it be an over-sensitive warning light or quick tyre replacement, he manages to get the job done super quick and at a good price!

Do not buy from these thieves. Sold me a bag of bolts which I returned within a week. Now they say they can't afford to refund me. Contact your bank and trading standards. Do a chargeback.

Don’t use this company, they sell faulty cars. Went to buy a car from them, used it for a few days and then it began to show problems, contacted the company they gave some trouble shooting advice. We followed the advice, worked at first, but then showed the same problems, so called the company again they gave the same trouble sooting advice, but at this time I was fed up and didn't want the car any more, told them to come pick the car up. I was told when they came to pick the car up, I will get my refund back on Monday, called them today, they are refusing to give my money back.

Absolutely shocking company!

Purchased a Mercedes A class from these scam artists less than 14 days ago, the car had a major fault so returned it back to them. Got it in writing that they will issue a refund however have now refused!

Contacted trading standards and my bank and will be taking it further!

They are quick to make you buy a car but 0 help when you actually need them.

I will make sure I make everyone aware of how Usless they are especially the owners MARK AND SEAN PORTER!
