5 days for card to be delivered when I paid £1.90 for special delivery to ensure arrival before the occasion date. Occasion was Tuesday 19th, a Birthday - the card was 2 days late to the birthday

We're really sorry to hear your card arrived after the big day. Your order was sent out via First Class post with our partners the Royal Mail. This is an estimated next day service, but they do admit a small number of items can take up to 3 working days to arrive. We can only apologise for this, we do our best to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, but sadly some cards can get caught up in the postal system along the way. We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused this time.

Photo card purchase.
I made up two photo cards for my daughter's birthday and they were very well received. The system is easy to use and the quality of the cards is great. I have used Thortful previously and feel I can rely on them to produce a quality product and deliver at the right time.
