Unfortunately my card never arrived
Unfortunately my card never arrived, despite paying for Royal Mail Second Class delivery. After contacting the company, I was advised it had most likely been lost in the post. While I did receive a refund, I was disappointed that they were unwilling to resend the card within a suitable timeframe for the birthday it had been ordered for, leaving me to find an alternative at short notice. Although the refund was appreciated, I feel the situation could have been handled much better from a customer service perspective.

We're really sorry to hear your card did not arrive in time for the occasion. Your order was sent out via Second Class post with our partners the Royal Mail. This is an estimated two day service, but they do admit a small number of items can take up to 4 working days to arrive.
We can only apologise for this, we do our best to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, but sadly some cards can get caught up in the postal system along the way. We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused this time.
