Like several fokes on here I've placed orders before and had no issues. However something has changed since the middle of last year. I know the actual shop shut, and the toy chronicle blog made a sorry statement about fokes not getting orders.

I placed a £600 Pre order last April which was supposed to be sent by the end of the last year and have received nothing. I have tried and tried to contact the seller and had no response to any of the emails. Luckily I paid through klarna and I contacted them with a dispute and have got my money back. If you paid through klarna and haven't received items definitely contact them,as they have a buyer's protection policy for anyone who has purchased through them. I believe they are also currently investigating the shop aswell.

I believe there are quite a few people who haven't received orders, so I would avoid at all costs and purchase your toys from elsewhere.

I’ve ordered online and it’s been over a week with no updates on when my order will be dispatched. I have tried contacting them multiple times but no replies. Customer support is non-existent. Will not be using them again.

I pre-ordered an item that was supposed to release in September, it's October now and it's not arrived and i've not received any update on The Toy Chronicle. Also their is no support email or contact detail so i'm not too impressed.
