No refund received after months

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (size 42, 43) on 13.09.2025 and send back the 42 on 18.09.2025. Value of one pair was 193CHF. Despite multiple emails with their customer support agent who confirmed the have received the send back shoes and also a confirrmation of Swiss post that they have delivered it I never received any refund from them.

The response from the agent translated from German to English was:

"In order to process an exceptional refund in this situation, I request that you send us a dated and signed affidavit containing your order number."

Without ever explaining what is the reason to be an exceptional refund neither expressing what that signed document should contain.

They have not paid my any money back.

I would describe my experience with the customer support as horrendous and would never ever order at this shop again.

My order was cancelled without any…

My order was cancelled without any cummunication about why. The items are still available on the homepage and I didn't receive any refund yet. No customer support contact information available on the homepage, only faq site with no useful information. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT.

terrible customer service

terrible customer service, order cancelled, not notified, no refund offered, no reply to complaints, four complaints. I have had to order from another company and I am 250 CHF out of pocket.
