The STI Clinic Reviews 

There are a number of reasons I would use the STI Clinic again and recommend their use to others. Easy to use website, discreet packaging, quick turnaround time, consistent communication. However the biggest reason is how knowledgeable their team are. I was testing for Ureaplasma which only recently had its treatment recommendation changed to no treatment needed by the UK Government. So even though I tested positive, I was unable to be referred for treatment. While this was disappointing, the level of detail and explanation I was given as to why was impressive and above and beyond what they had to do. That is why this gets a 5*.

You can definitely trust The STI Clinic M Gen test. I've had several tests for Mycoplasma Genitalium in the past 7 months which I purchased from The STI clinic and another site. The tests from the other site came back incorrectly negative. The STI Clinic not only correctly identified that I had an infection but also went on to test for antibiotic resistance which helped speed up my treatment route. The STI Clinic test is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for, it's a very accurate service. I'm now M Gen negative and I used this service again to double check. M

I had swabs taken from the hospital on 3rd May and still waiting on the results, so decided to pay for a private test, sent off on the Monday and results were with me by the Friday , couldn't ask for a better service , sent them to my GP to say whilst waiting on the hospital results , here are some private ones.

Easy and comprehensive

Quick and easy to use, results were helpful. The only critique is I wish they’d have more advice for those who are pregnant when testing positive for something.
