Order went missing between them and the…

Order went missing between them and the courier , god knows how you are meant to resolve when they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails . Refund pending having drove to the store/depo for answers . Not happy , odd set up , not sure what would have happened if I lived 100 miles away .

missing order no contact from company

I placed an order with Forgan of St Andrews which i think is part of the same company as 'The Sports HQ'. I placed an order 5 days ago and delviery was supposed to be 2-3 days and now my sons birthday is going to be missed. What i ordered is one of his main presents! on top of this trying to reach out for someone to help me has been nigh on impossible. Shame i even have to leave 1 star but you can't review on any less

Good timely service

I placed my order and it was delivered within a few days. The shoes I ordered were comfortable and good value for money, I am delighted with them.

Golf Shirt Faux Pas

I purchase a golf shirt which you informed me was in the post to me.
I the received an email telling me you did not have the size I ordered in stock and offering refund or another choice.
I chose a smaller size and all is now OK.
Usually great service, this is the only purchase to ever initially go awry.
