I recently ordered a kilt to be made, along with a sporran and belt. Although the delivery time was estimated to be 8-10 weeks, the order arrived within 4 weeks ! The kilt is absolutely beautiful and superbly made, as were the the belt and sporran. Fantastic value for money. Sadly the popper on the sporran was faulty. I phoned their very friendly, helpful staff on the Wed before Xmas and a replacement promptly arrived the next day. Stunning service !!! I have since ordered a belt buckle, again made to a very high standard. All in all a fantastic purchase experience and I couldn't recommend this company more highly. A pleasure to deal with.

Ghillie Shirt has no washing instructions, threading on the cuff buttons is loose, and no replacement buttons are provided.

I wanted to buy the full Argyle kilt set but the ghillie brogues were out of stock in my size.
I called the store and they took my details so that when the brogues were back in stock I was informed.
I ordered the whole set on a Friday afternoon, and delivery was made on the following Tuesday morning.

Everyone I spoke to were courteous and helpful.
I'm very happy with my purchase, and will be using them again.

I am a New customer from NJ USA and had trepidations ordering on line and having to go through returns if the jacket did not fit. The order came in quickly, loved the jacket but did not fit to my satisfaction. I immediately ordered a size smaller and reached out to the company for a return. Spoke to the most pleasant and very helpful gal named Angie who made the return process so simple and communication is top notch as well. I received the smaller size and now fits perfectly like it was made to order. Retuned the first order and now just awaiting for the refund when the company receives it. I will certainly be a returning customer as I am eyeing another color and style. Also have relayed my experience with buddies of mine that will make future purchase. Thank you again Angie!

I bought their cheapest kilt package and ended up deciding that I should return some items (I wanted to treat my kilt set as an investment). The 1 year returns policy is very fair, and from start to finish I received great customer service.

Excellent customer service! Ordered a kilt for my young son and originally arrived wrong size (I thought at first this was the company's mistake but with hindsight it was probably ours). I phoned customer service to explain and they dispatched the right size immediately which arrived the next day (they even popped in a freepost return bag to make the return easy for me). We haven't used the kilt yet but it looks very good quality and my son will love it. Will definitely use The Scotland Kilt Company again. I bought a tweed jacket from them years ago and it's still good as new, will last for many years.

Bought one thing from them years ago. Ever since I've been getting emails from them and no matter how many times I block them or flag them as junk, they've kept coming through.

Emails should have an unsubscribe button on them by law after GDPR kicked in. It should be clear for someone to find, and most email marketing platforms won't let you use them if you don't have one.

This company decided to hide it, black text on a black background so you can only find it if you know exactly where to look and have been irritated enough to try and find it.

Extremely bad practice, guys. If I get another email now that I've found it and clicked to unsubscribe, I'm officially reporting you as a spammer account.

My order has exceeded all expectations. Ordered a stock tweed jacket, waist coat, semi dress sporran, kilt hose and tie for only £235. For the price the quality is great. Also arrived within 2 days. Very pleased.

This was my first time ordering from the SKC and what an experience it was. Originally had ordered an incorrect item which was swiftly cancelled before dispatch - no issues at all. After which, my wife and I decided to purchase our own kilts and the service was outstanding. All orders were received on time and when we should have. The staff are incredibly helpful, very patient and always willing to help. The kilts themselves were fantastic value for money and would highly recommend. Great service all round.

Fabulous, efficient, friendly and helpful customer service support. Superb products, once again another kilt that fitted beautifully and with a lovely sporran on promotion. Even had a little gift in the parcel when it arrived…..a packet of Walkers shortbread biscuits, my favourite !!! Will be buying again. Thank a bunch team!

Ordered the argyle tweed jacket. Delivered in two days and a good fit and good quality. We are waiting for our made to measure kilt. Normal delivery is usually 6 weeks, but on request, they have agreed 4 weeks. Will update this review when it is delivered

Like I said I would, I ordered another kilt, perfect as before. I have also bought two pairs of ghillie brogues, exceptional quality and fit. Great service all round. It can't get any better than this
