They made it so easy and painless. I’m an extremely anxious person and had tried multiple different driving schools and instructors who had all these hidden fees or just wouldn’t show up and finally came across the pass people it was no hassle they can’t do enough for you. Got me a driving test so quick and paired me with an instructor within a matter of days. My instructor was Karolis and there is t enough words to describe how brilliant of an instructor he is. I passed 1st time the way he cares and explains things properly and has so much patience and will go over the same thing over and over and over till you get it without any fuss made the experience so much better. He has a way of explaining things that just make sense and are simple that I haven’t had in an instructor before. I would highly recommend him and this company for your driving lessons. Thank you so much for making this such an easy experience well worth every single penny!

Paid a premium amount for an intensive course for my husband. The driving instructor provided was not fit for purpose. My husband took his driving test without ever having followed a sat nav or practised parking into a car park space! Obviously he failed. All the instructor had done in his lessons was drive him around our local area. He had been nowhere near the test centre nor on many major roads or roundabouts. He now has another professional driving instructor not linked to the Pass People and is being taught properly. Really disappointing experience overall.

I had Hak as my instructor and helped me get prepared for my driving test. And through his notes and patients I was able to learn good driving habits that allowed me to pass my driving test.
The staff from the office was also very good with communication and helping me choose the best course to purchase.

Absolutely excellent service. Am so impressed with this company. I literally called them today, after numerous mornings of 6am start trying unsuccessfully to book my daughter a driving test and have just had a call back advising they have booked her a test for next week. I’m absolutely amazed. Staff were lovely too

Great help. The company was in the last months of my theory exam and I couldn't find a place to take the exam in any center but this great company helped me a lot to take the exam in the center I wanted and at the time I wanted. The whole process was very efficient, I passed my driving test today thank you very much.

The Pass People were efficient and reliable. Within a day of having paid for my intensive course, they had given me an instructor and had found me a test date less than 2 months' away. I even asked if the test could be rescheduled owing to personal commitments, and a new test date was provided within half an hour without any problem.

My instructor was Michael B. Having worked with a different instructor before going with The Pass People, I feel well positioned to advocate as to just how amazing Michael is. Calm, friendly, and donning an obvious wealth of experience, Michael was no doubt pivotal in my first time success with my driving test. To anyone who gets him in the future, you're extremely lucky!!

The team at The Pass People were brilliant in getting a cancellation at the Guildford test centre for our son within 3 weeks of our enquiry.

They were really friendly & helpful and the good luck message was a lovely touch.

I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From paying my initial deposit to passing my test first time yesterday ( 8wks ) the whole process was quick and easy.
