To anyone thinking to play. Don't use this platform. It is refistered in malta and this ranks high in the corruption index. They also dont have any license or "verification's" for so called safe play. The certificates are not even on their page. There is a reason that you cannot play them in certain eu countries. I tried this and could not withdraw my money, i have used BC, MC and visa. The chat will give you autoreply. If something happens, do you bother to sue or file complaint? i think not. The prices are almost double a normal ticket. Just stick with local lottery

The company is legit and trustworthy but they're already charging the highest rates for lottery courier services, and in the recent increment in Powerball and Mega Millions prices, they doubled the PowerPlay add-on price as well which was unnecessary!

I won $160 on Christmas eve of 2025. It is currently March 7, 2026. Over the past two and a half months I have made multiple good faith attempts to collect my winnings, using direct email, online chat, and website contact forms. Roughly half of these communications – including a formal request of funds - have gone entirely unanswered. At the writing of this email, I have not heard back from my last three attempts at communication.
My first attempt at a withdrawal was pending for over a month, and when I attempted to elevate my request, was abruptly cancelled with no explanation. The automatic cancellation email had four broken links (including the contact link), which all took me to an empty godaddy domain. The email also told me that I would be contacted by a representative. I was not.
My second attempt to transfer (again, after multiple unanswered attempts to contact thelotter) required me to upload a number of sensitive banking documents. I not only complied, but followed up numerous times requesting confirmation of receipt, and asking if any additional information was needed. I have not heard back, other than one auto-reply telling me to “rest assured” that my email was in the queue. That transaction has been “pending” since January 26th.
The continued withholding of my funds, without valid explanation or resolution timeline, is absolutely unacceptable. This has taken a win (on Christmas Eve, no less!) that was exciting and wonderful, and turned it into an anxiety-inducing nightmare with no end. I feel stupid, used, and robbed. There is absolutely no reasoning or explanation that can excuse this experience.
