[Updated] Unable to withdraw winnings - Deceptive support behavior
Update: The withdrawal was completed by the lottery team, and they also responded to my questions regarding the bug on their platform. They confirmed that the actual limit for my payment method is $1 USD. The support team was fast and polite, but only after I posted a comment on Trustpilot.

The problem I had:
I won $20 in a lottery game, but I am unable to withdraw the funds. The app claims I haven't selected a payment method, yet there is no option or select box provided to do so, despite my account already having all available payment methods for my country registered.
When I contacted support, a representative named Arthur claimed there is a $50 minimum withdrawal limit. However, I have reviewed the Terms of Use and found no mention of such a rule. When I asked for clarification, he abruptly ended the chat and blocked further communication. This is unacceptable service and feels like a deceptive practice.

Piggy Bank Scratch Card Bug 25 tickets unusable
I've already emailed TheLotter about my concerns but I received a response. I purchased 25 Piggy Bank Scratch Cards. But when I tried playing, it says "Unexpected Error". I already used two devices. First is my mobile phone then next is my PC but is still the same result.

The issue above has been resolved. Although it took them about three weeks to resolve, it did eventually.
I always thought that buying credits would on the site would enable a user to have a quicker resolution by returning it as credits as well, so it can be utilized for other games instead. Please do improve on you process.

Deposit Failures & Zero Communication
At first, everything worked smoothly, but over time several issues began to arise. The first concern was the increase in the minimum deposit from $5 to $10, which was implemented without any prior communication. When I contacted customer support, the representative seemed uncertain and could only say that it “might” be true. I chose to overlook this at the time.
More recently, I have been unable to make any deposits for several weeks. I previously used Skrill, but it is no longer available as a payment option. After reaching out to support again, I was told there are ongoing issues with deposits and that their technical team is working on resolving them. I waited a few days before trying again, but the problem persists.
While I could understand a temporary issue lasting a day or two, experiencing the same problem for over two weeks is unacceptable.
