The resume service is awful, sent me a resume I'd be embarrased to use. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they blocked me from the job seach membership I purchased. This company is... See more

Great Customer Service
Barbara, the customer service rep reached out to me because she could tell I was considering subscribing to ladders. She offered me a discount for three months and that sealed the deal for me. She also followed up to make sure I felt comfortable with the platform.
Professional - seeking resume rewrite and defrauded
I purchased a resume rewrite via AI and because of system algorithm issues with formatting, It did not come out correct whatsoever and was placing text from job duties as job titles. I wasted two hours of time reaching out to them thinking they would obviously want to help to fix this and they declined to help. I asked for them to escalate this and I just received notification back today that they would not help but that I could edit this because it is in Word format. Strongly do not recommend
Great customer service
Barbara dela Paz was great! A quick, pleasant and efficient response. Issue resolved.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. Positive reviews are fake. They scrape data from other job boards, lie about salaries and have no real route into the roles
Employer responses to Apply4Me applications not being sent applicants
For anyone who is unaware Apply4Me applications are submitted using an email address created by Ladders which claims any responses from potential employers will be forwarded to the subscriber. There is no way for the subscriber to check this email box directly.
I recently became aware that Ladders maintains an internal 'suppression list' which subscribers are added to if they unsubscribe from Ladders marketing emails and for other reasons which customer service would not disclose to me. Subscribers are not, at any point, informed that they have been added to or are on this list. If you are on the suppression list, Ladders will continue to charge you for a subscription and submit applications for you but will NOT forward responses to you or, in any way, inform you that your application has received a response leaving the subscriber in the dark and the employer believing that you have ignored their attempts to contact you/schedule an interview/etc. I was able to confirm that multiple companies rejected my applications on account of my failure to respond to interview requests Ladders never forwarded to me.
After many, lengthy conversations with Ladders (including some with members of senior management) it is clear that they are aware of the problems this is causing but do not plan to notify their customers of the existence of the suppression list or provide customers with a way to check if they are on it or remove themselves from it other than contacting customer service. Additionally, even if someone does get customer service to remove them from the list they can be readded, again without notice or explanation. In light of this I would strongly caution against using Ladders, and especially the Apply4Me feature as it may be actively making it more difficult for you to find a job and they seem uninterested in fixing this critical issue.

Barbara dela Paz is phenomenal!
Barbara dela Paz was incredible. She did a great job, and I rarely have positive customer service experiences. She was helpful, wanted to make my life easier and walked me through everything I needed to know!
Best Customer care service!!!
Their customer experience was exceptional . Their customer care member Barbara dela Paz was giving my answer to all of my questions, and cleared my confusion.
Great Communication and Ease of Use

Remote roles are US only, but it isn't clear until you sign up for Premiun
I saw a lot of really great, high level jobs on the Ladders site. What wasn't clear was that as an expat, living in London, England, I wasn't able to apply to remote positions on the site. You need to reside in the US to apply and be considered. My premium membership was a waste of time and money.
My second issue is that I signed up for a 3-month subscription and I received a fraud alert from my bank indicating that they were trying to renew my subscription. The whole point of a limited subscription is that you don't get charged in the future.
They didn't seem interested in refunding me for something that I couldn't use and benefit from.
WARNING: A Waste of Time and Money
I've been using Ladders for several months, and even upgraded to their premium feature. Despite utilizing as many features as I could and following the advice on their website, I never received a single lead. It appears they know their service provides little to no value, as there's no level of guarantee in place and the process to cancel and delete your account is tedious. Don't waste your time with this company!
great customer experience.
Money down the drain
I wanted to start by paying for The Ladders to redo my resume and cover letter. I got back a mess of a resume, with items from each job scattered throughout and not lining up with the relevant position. The cover letter was better, but not by much, and was still fairly incomprehensible. I have written to them multiple times to ask about it, but there has been no response thus far.
