Great customer service, quick turn around and my laptop is working perfectly again.

Took my iPhone in for a new battery and it was done there and then in under 90 minutes. Brilliant service from young helpful staff. Thoroughly recommended.

I bought a Christmas present (IMAC mini) for my Wive. We were served by the Owner. When it arrived he did’t explain and he did’t check the content
when it arrived.
He wanted all the money upfront despite I bought 1 day before a MAC
for MAC for £ 1200.
A very unfriendly and greedy owner.
No manners! No hello no good buy.
I future we will visit the other Apple Mac shop in town “STORMFRONT” with an excellent customer service.
5 min away from this shop.

Visited the Canterbury store because my inphone had issues with the power connection. Staff were very helpful and cleaned it to solve the problem - no charge. Can't ask for more than that.

My mother had an iPhone. Nothing wrong with it, iOS up to date. All she needed was a battery replacement. The IT store not only had one but replaced it with the minimum of fuss.
I’ve found a new store to frequent.

My daughter dropped her iPhone in the toilet. I phoned the IT store and dropped her phone off to see what they could do. Thankfully it just needed a new screen. (This had been replaced once before and was never right). Turns out it was a cheap screen. The staff were friendly, knew what they were talking about and kept me informed at all times. Will definitely use again (hopefully I won't need to!). Think I might buy my next iPhone from them though!

Great service and very well priced. Replaced a battery and repaired a 2011 MacBook Air. Apple wouldn’t look at it because if it’s age - now back in perfect working order. Highly recommend the IT Store. Thanks very much

Spilled some water on my mac about a week ago now and definitely made the right choice going to “The iT Store”. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and did their best to explain the risk my computer might be facing as well as how they hoped to tackle the issue. They repaired damage in one day, for which i was extremely thankful, and overall offered as good an experience as one can have repairing a device.

I had some work done on my phone by another company in Dundee. They provided a very poor service with no guarantee, and really couldn’t care less. I did have an issue with the screen they fitted, but once I had paid for the screen, they wanted no more to do with it and refused to help.
Visited the iT store in Reform Street following a recommendation in an effort to sort my phone properly. Both Kevin and Mark that work there were so helpful, professional and knowledgable with very reasonable charges. Nothing was too much bother for them, and they came over as completely genuine, with a guarantee on their products. So far it seems perfect. It was really refreshing to speak to people who listen and actually care about their work. Well done guys, if you keep that up you will be very busy in to future I’m sure. Thank you.

I had a good experience with the iT Store and would go back again.

The staff were super helpful in telling me what was wrong with my laptop and were upfront about how long the repair would take and the cost. They were also very reliable in keeping to the timeframe set out. I got my device back on the exact day they had said with no delays. They were so lovely and helpful during the whole process and very professional. I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

The team at The IT Store, Dundee did a fantastic job fixing a MAC Book Air after it crashed suddenly and revamped an old machine and managed to save my data. Turn around was so impressive and the service reassuring and professional. These guys really know their stuff. Great value for money too. Love all those Apple refurbished products on show too. Lots of bargains here. If I could give these guys six stars I would.
