My second time relying on the guys from the IT Store and I would recommend them all over again. They fixed by MacBook Pro even though it very much looked like an unfixable issue. Expertly, friendly, and more than reasonably priced!

We had a limited time in which to have our Macbook's hard-drive upgraded and the iT Store did the job quickly and without fuss. We had good advice and help from the knowledgeable young man who served us but unfortunately we don't know his name. Can definitely recommend this store for this type of job.

I got exactly the computer (Imac) I needed for the money I had. It was cheaper than on any other sites I had looked at and is in great condition and very fast.
It is great having the one year warranty too.

I contacted the store about upgrading the hard drive in my 2013 Mac. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I took the machine to them that afternoon. The store was appealing and everyone was very helpful. The work was completed very quickly - and at a very reasonable cost. I picked up my Mac three days later (it was ready the day before). When I got home, I just plugged it in and it just worked superbly!
The store even sent me a message a week later to check that everything was ok.

I found the IT store people very helpful and friendly. The job was turned around quickly, and my computer returned to me with no issues at all and things fixed that I had asked for, including setup of a backup drive I had brought in. Very trustworthy service, many thanks and I do recommend.

I needed a replacement battery for my SE model. I was given an excellent welcome, extensive information on the functioning of my phone and various options open to me. My device was fully checked and my battery was inserted within one hour. It has since worked perfectly. I am highly pleased with the service provided.
