terrible service three years in and they hound you every week , send this do that oh we can get ppi for you to clear it faster.
i have recently had surgery and on sick pay for another 2 weeks, so payment got missed, lack of funds, hello down on income for a while need to pay essential bills then them.
constant texts, calls& emails after , which i took explained everything and the made a note. you would think that would rectify it but no still getting hounded, and finally one day late they got there money. but are still hounding me for payment.
i checked my account and found out that in the space of 7 days they took my agreed amount three times, so who is breaching the agreement ? they are one payment every week is in my contract yet they have abused this and still hound me. avoid like the plague i will be going higher up in complaining. wish there was no stars but there isnt because thats what they deserve.
