Our Customer Service Team are generally very quick to respond to emails and we can see two emails from yourself, one from January where they responded within 25 minutes of your messaging and another email from the 19th February where our team responded within three hours.
If you have not received a response for some reason then please feel free to contact us via our chat service where a customer care agent is always on hand to respond in live time.
We are also sorry to hear that your parcel arrived later than expected.
The shipping timeframes on the site are generally very accurate and it's rare that they are not met.

Don’t use Yodel, they’re literally the most unhelpful courier - can’t redeliver to a neighbour, safe place or alternative address - I know need to drive 30 mins each way to collect my parcel

Yodel are generally very reliable with our shipments but we are not naïve to think that issues do not happen on occasion.
Sadly as part of our contract with them for our standard deliveries they do not offer those options however DPD who are our express delivery partner do offer for a change of address, delivery date, to be left in a space place or drop off point and this is available for £5.95 and will arrive next day if placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday.
If you ever order on standard and have an issue please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team who are on hand to contact couriers on your behalf.
Our apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience caused.

This is certainly not something that we have to deal with often here at The Idle Man. but we can completely understand the frustration caused when it affects your purchase.
Our Dispatch Team should be checking all of our products before they leave the warehouse therefore we must apologise if this was not done.
The buying and merchandising teams both work tirelessly each season to work with brands and manufacturers to source the best pieces for our customers so it's disheartening to hear when a garment doesn't hit the mark.

Very poor customer care
Very poor customer care, especially from Veronica.
At the time that I was trying to use the code it had not expired The following day I was given advice how to make the code work, knowing full well the code had expired that day, making it’s pointless exercise.

From viewing the correspondence we can only see a query our team helped you with regarding applying a discount code which had expired however we can't see any issue with the response.
Sadly our discount codes we offer on the website do not run indefinitely and will expire within a certain time frame.
However we still have a sale section where you can purchase items at a reduced rate.
