Superfast delivery and great customer service
Superfast delivery. I thought mine were too small when they arrived but once the vacuum packing was removed they expanded in length as well as thickness. 10/10 for customer services who talked me through this.
Very comfortable mattresses - great value for money.

Really good selection of products and I needed a good quality shorter/narrower mattress for a bespoke bed. Very reasonably priced compared to some other sites and fast delivery too. The mattress is really comfortable also. Highly recommend!

Nice quality and prompt delivery
I ordered a custom size mattress, for our newly converted camper, and 2 pillows. The pillows arrived within a couple of days but I was unable to track the mattress. I sent an email to ask for an expected delivery date and I received a quick reply advising it appeared to have been lost in transit, however another was dispatched the next day and arrived very quickly. I am really pleased with the product and the quality and look forward to using them on our new adventures!

mixed quality
Ordering was easy, delivery fast an efficient. I ordered a mattress cover for my foam mattress, which was a good and easy fit, and of good quality. I also ordered a foam pillow, which was said to be supportive. However this turned out to be overstuffed and completely rigid. I lasted an hour and a half before having to give up and return to my old pillow. The foam one was like sleeping on a brick. Aren't memory foam pillows supposed to mold to your head and neck shape? Wasted money on that one. Fortunately not to dear, as I couldn't be bothered to return it.

Delivered quickly
Delivered quickly. Used as a day bed and vey comfortable. Would describe it as on the firm side of medium. Only problem, slightly too big for the bedframe and hard to tuck in mattress protector and sheet.
