Superb Service and Advice
I have nothing but the highest praise for The Flash Centre London, specially for Mike Rowley, Product Manager(Consultant). Over the last month and a bit more, the interactions I have had with him as regards Elinchrom studio lighting accessories working with my existing cameras and flashguns, his very helpful and very prompt responses and services have been superlative.

Phenominal after sales service. Brilliant!!!
Over the years, I've bought a wide range of lighting equipment from TFC, often after long conversations regarding the capabilities of the lights and their suitability to my needs.
I've found their after sales support to be simply phenominal, and even when I had an older unit blow a capacitor on a job, they managed to get it picked up, repaired and back to me in 72hrs. Astounding!!!

I ordered an adaptor for my camera
I ordered an adaptor for my camera. I received the initial order confirmation email however after a few days I still hadn't received confirmation that my order was shipped. I then contacted the flash centre via instant messaging and was told my order had been shipped and expect delivery within two days.
The following day I still had not received an email confirming my order had been shipped. I called the flash centre and was told my order was still sat in the warehouse and had not been shipped because nobody had placed a label on my item. The item was then delivered to me however I had paid £9.95 for delivery and the item arrived one week later. If I had not contacted them, I believe my order would have sat in the warehouse indefinitely. Very poor service from the flash centre.

Unfortunately, with your order, an error was made during the dispatch process from our central warehouse. Meaning for the member of staff you spoke to on the phone, it looked like the item had been sent. We can only but hold our hands up and apologise for this mistake. We always strive for the absolute best customer service possible, but on this occasion human error let us down, so for that we are very sorry! Waste of time and energy
The product was available and in stock on website, after placing order and paying a huge amount, i got message that its not available. Come on! Money stuck, no refund recieved so far, waste of time and energy.

Bought a lovely Fujifilm 8-16mm f2.8. Was a very good price. Unfortunately the lens was faulty but TFC quickly sent a shipping label and I have received a refund. It’s a shame the lens was faulty but I am impressed how quickly the refunded me.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced…
The worst customer service experienced to date. I still don’t have both items I bought in March (now mid May), they can’t deliver a correct invoice as requested multiple times and have eventually confessed they have been informing other customers about my order. I wouldn’t touch them with an extended barge pole and will never use again.

How much for Delivery?
Got the product I needed, but when it costs £6 to send a pack of 10 fuses via DHL and it comes wrapped in 1 bag and 2 padded envelopes it gets a bit ridiculous. Size 000 Jiffy Bad and a large letter stamp should just about do it!

Hi Ben, thanks for the feedback on our postage and packaging.
Our delivery charges cover just the cost to us from the courier service, packaging materials are at our expense. From experience, the risk of something getting broken (especially glass fuses) makes the extra packaging worth it, but, you'd pay the same either way.
Talking to the dispatch department they recall that the 2 Jiffy bags were to separate the two different types of fuse 10 pack you ordered.
Unfortunately, we aren't close enough to a post office to make a regular stamp post a viable option for us.
Again, thanks for your feedback, rest assured we do use it when we're reviewing our services and we'll certainly look into ways to offer a lower cost option for small items that aren't required quickly.
