My son
My son, was recently approved by you guys, and one your colleague managed to convinced him to pick up a BMW, didn’t think I’d see him in one considering his obsession with Scirocco. His adviser Aleksandra did a fantastic job well done to her!
I believe he is picking up the car this weekend, I hope to come with him as I am thinking about getting a car for his younger sibling.

Vicky, as I fondly call her IS amazing in her role as a sales person. She has humour, Charismatic and can easily form a bond with a customer. I went along with the deal because of her. I guess she is a great asset to the company. I hugely recommend doing business with his company as they have well trained customer service advisors.

Absolutely shocking company.
Travelled all the way to Manchester from Edinburgh to pick up a car.... Within 50 miles back home the car had a severe issue with the steering. Was told to drive home and take the car to VAT registered garage to find the issue. On inspection there was a load of repairs needed. They just tell you lies that they check cars and they also put dodgy MOT's on them. They also state that they will help towards the cost of you pick the car up but no mention of this when you actually pick the car up??
Aftersales is a joke, actually the whole company are a joke.
I will be going to Trading Standards and VOSA....
Do not buy a car from these people even if you are desperate. They will sell you a car that's not fit for the road.
I will await a reply and it will probably be along the lines of "we put all of our cars through a health check and MOT"
Do you aye? Well why the hell were these issues not picked up on?

We would like to assure you that we do not conduct out our own MOTs, they are completed at a third-party DVSA registered garage, along with other comprehensive checks prior to delivery/handover.
Although these checks are carried out, matters may still arise afterwards due to the inherently unpredictable nature of anything mechanical and we understand that this can be frustrating.
After reviewing your notes, I can see that our aftersales team have been working with you to resolve this matter and we are reimbursing payments for repairs.
We will follow up your concerns with the third-party garage, as this is not the standard we expect for our customers.

2weeks ago I contacted the car loan centre and spoke to Matt, I was approved with in 3 dsys, fast forward 2 weeks and many questions later I pick up my car, and it is perfect. Easy process, friendly staff, and a big thank you to Matt who really did put up with attitude from me, in fact spoke to him so often we practically married lol, well done to him and the constant reassuring

Firstly I just want to say what a nightmare I experienced with the car loan centre.
From the day I initially got an Audi A3 in January 2023 there was issues with the windscreen wipers on arrival. Which was then told I will need to take a courtesy car home and the car would be delivered within the week when it was repaired.
As I was in the middle of paperwork for this they then drove the car out front and it was apparently a fuse loose?
As you can imagine I was left feeling so upset and just let all my hopes down.
I’m 22 year old and I came all the way to Manchester from Newcastle for this!!
Never the less it was repaired and off I drove.
2 weeks later I then come to my car to discover a massive puddle of oil.
Off it went to the garage who then told me I had 2 oil leaks - also the engine was blowing blue smoke…
the car loan centre fixed this issue with the engine and paid for a reconditioned engine. And I paid out of my own pocket for a brand new clutch to be put in the Audi as that was also on its way out!!! £180 I paid for this!! Which I am still waiting for a response for someone to give me that money back it’s my hard earned money and I was sold a car that was not fit for purpose but me being me I let them repair it while they have the engine out and just paid for stress sake!!!!
On the day of collecting my car it was still leaking oil!!
So I then began the process of wanting to cancel the car all together and get my deposit back. From then I was conned into swapping the car for another car.
Which I then picked an x trail Nissan.
The car had not even been cleaned or valeted before it arrived to me!!
The seats cushions are all buckled.
And there is major scratches in the door well of the car. Other then these small things which was agreed to be sorted I was happy.
I then have the car exactly 2 weeks And bang!!!! The engine management. Light comes on! At this point I am now just consistently paranoid due to my previous experience with a car from yourselfs.
My point is I have been sold 2 car which is not fit for purpose and within weeks they have both shown this. It am totally disappointed.

Absolutely disgrace gave a faulty car…
Absolutely disgrace gave a faulty car contacted them same day when car was taken from them. They managed to put through warranty after warranty repair more faults came out to the car. Tried contacting the company and they said get in touch with warranty. While I was in process with warranty they come and repossess my car with my belongings without telling me. Never use these people they linked company with British car auction they giving out faulty cars

Regarding vehicle collection, in the event that a contractual agreement is broken, we follow a process which involves multiple communications through various channels, such as phone, email and post to ensure plenty of notice is supplied for the collection and to ensure any personal property is removed.

i had brought a car of them and it was not road worthy so the swap the car for another car wicth i was greatfull at the start and had to keep phoning them to sort out faults with second car there had my car for 4 months and repaired one part of the electrics and then told me they cant give me a update of the other repairs ie leaking roof soaked all interior seats and then emailed me to say they going to cancel finance on it as they have the car in there workshop so left me without a car for four months which i stopped paying the finance on it as there said we dont expect you to pay until u get ur car back and to my surprise there put it through a mot and put it up for sale which the car is now reserved so they got all repaires done and put it back on there website think its discusting the way they operate and treat there customers they got no same in them never again use that horrible company
