The Car Loan Centre Reviews 

Unfortunately I’m having to now write a bad review on this company. I went with this company because I found it hard getting car finance anywhere else. I found the car that was right for me, paid the deposit of £199 and was told in a couple of days I would be able to collect the car.
Unfortunately I’m still waiting! This was 3 weeks ago that I paid the deposit.
I’ve rang the company everyday just to feel I’m being fobbed off. I just keep getting told there’s no update on collection due to a IT problem 🙄
It’s a joke, I’ve never known anything like it. At first the car sales person was great, telling me all the right things. But how can I still be waiting after paying the deposit because of paperwork? It’s ridiculous. Very poor management and poor customer service to its customers.
I’ve requested a refund asap to be told I could be waiting another 5/7 days for it to go in my bank account.
I really wanted the car, so excited to get it to just feel now so disappointed in this company.
I’d think twice before dealing with them if you need a car fast!

So I’ve waited a few weeks to write a review as wanted to put some miles on the car first.

I can not fault the car loan center. I was dealing with Vicky who was first class. I choose the car and collected from the Essex branch which involved a travel from Nottingham to which I recieved a travel incentive for. The car was even better in person than the pics. Granted it’s a second hand car so there was little bits but it’s what u expect when buying a second hand car but overall I was more than pleased.i would recommend these to other people who like me struggle to get credit from mainstream lenders and I know I wouldn’t hesitate in using them in the future

Nothing but good to say about the car loan centre, firstly I didn’t think I’d be accepted but I was.. secondly Emily went above and beyond to help me secure the car I wanted. She kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work. It’s been 4 months and from application to collecting it’s been mostly seamless.. there was a minor issue with the collection date due to the MOT taking slightly longer than expected but this was due to a fault with a light fixture nothing major. They even compensated me for the delay. Just an amazing company and fantastic staff who are passionate and professional through and through.. the handover team are also really helpful. Ignore the negative reviews it can put you off but remember there’s always more good reviews than bad!! And I’m one of them..Thankyou emily! We love our Qashqai +2 :)))

A great communication, very fast, a lovely lady.

After struggling too get finance the car loan centre accepted me and within 1 week I was driving away, thanks too Emily who made things very simple and straight forward. Emily helped me from the beginning and still does, I can't fault car loan centre 1 bit.
But the society we live in is a different story after 1 week my car was stolen!!!!!!
I messaged Emily first then I spoke too the aftercare who helped me retrieve my car within 15 mins,
The situation was very stressful but made alot easier due too Emily and the aftercare car loan centre provide.
They made there decision too give me finance on my circumstances and not a algorithm!!!!
Assisted me getting back on the road and supported me after a unfortunate turn of events.
Would recommend car loan centre too any1 struggling too get back on there feet be real with them and they will be real with you.

So far the experience with the car loan centre is great. I have been accepted for finance and the car reserved. They explained everything to me right up to picking the car up. Would definitely recommend to people who are looking for car finance.

Great customer service from Aleks last week she was really helpful helped me find some great deals on cars

Got my car end of december 2023 , more or less amonth ago and could not be happier with the car. Jack was very informative and patient with me. the handover was smooth and despite there being a delay, they kept me well informed which i found to be good customer service. car was tidy and in good nic and this company dont just fob you off once you get the car. i have called them back on more than 2 occasions to speak to after sales about concerns and other things and they've been very patient and informative. very happy with everything thus far. 5/5 for me.

Waste of Time - have a read.

Put deposit on car 4th Jan - upto 10 days for car, fast forward 10 days … no car no contact.

Check in again … cars not ready, awaiting alloy repairs 3 more days needed.

4 days longer - check in again cars waiting for MOT, 3 more days needed.

3 days longer needed check in again … cars waiting for part due in Thursday…. Will update asap.

Fast forward 5 weeks I’ve now been waiting for a date to collect the car …. Finally get a date guess what 24 hours before collection I get a call from Anita sorry can’t collect the car as we’ve IT issues 🤦 now they can’t fix a date to collect it.

If this is how they issue out cars god help me should it have been a shed and needed repairing. Good luck to the next one that puts a deposit down on GU63PZG!

So from waiting for parts and every other excuse under the sun, just do me one favour double check how your advisors are also selling extended warranty into the finance because randomly a 2013 car coming with 2 years warranty ? The only thing I can come up with is that the warranty “included” may have actually been sold to me finance linked … hmm worth a email to Martin Lewis I think put you on his radar ….
