Great experience and great product

No where near the correct size for fit…
No where near the correct size for fit despite the reference chart on the site. The inner material allows the harness to slip and not remain in place.
Very disappointed in the product.

The BEST company, beautiful products
I bought a collar and most recently a Dachshund jumper for my miniature dachshund pup.
Honestly, I'm really surprised how quick shipping/delivery was for both! And both items are absolutely perfect, the collar is beautiful and the mustard jumper is just SO soft and although slightly large for pup at the minute, she'll grow into it and I'm REALLY excited for that!

Excellent customer service
I fell in love with a treat pouch on their website which was unfortunately out of stock but I messaged them using their live chat and their customer service was exceptional, they were so helpful and managed to source one for me. I also ordered a matching collar and poo bag holder, the quality of all of the products which I received is exceptional. Not to mention the super cute design! Best pet accessories!
I ordered the palm tree design leash, collar and harness. The harness was too tight on my dog and so I emailed them. They were quick to respond and said if I sent it back I can have the right size! I would say that it fits him great! We love the designs! We can't wait to switch it up to the pumpkin collar when fall comes!
