Great overall experience. Everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful but, a special shoutout to my dedicated accountant, Ben. I am not clued up about any of the accountancy part of business and probably asked some stupid questions.... Ben couldn't have been more helpful in answering questions and going above and beyond to explain anything to me which came up.

Would happily recommend The Accountancy Partnership to any small size limited company, such as mine. Matty Douglas and the team made the whole salary payment, accounts submission and general accounting guidance very straightforward. The fees are reasonable and communication pretty seamless and always courteous. Only slight criticism is where a couple of reminder emails were required to help answer my queries, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.

Sophie Jones was excellent at quickly understanding our businesses and accounts and prompt in filing them. Professional, timely and accurate!

Excellent service by the team. Highly competent team of accountants and bookkeeping specialists who can support your business accounting needs including bookkeeping and production of annual accounts. They also provide an accounting tool Pandle which saves the cost of e.g. Xero.

Have been using TAP for accountancy services and have found them very reliable. Connor Simmons, in particular, was excellent: he turned the work around within a tight timeframe and got everything submitted on time. Thorough, proactive and easy to deal with throughout. Would highly recommend!

I’ve worked with other accountants before, but I can honestly say that The Accountancy Partnership have been by far the easiest and most supportive to work with to manage my small private practice .

They are incredibly efficient, prompt, and responsive, but what really stood out was how they explained things clearly and worked with me in a more bespoke and understanding way when I needed support. They made what can often feel complicated and overwhelming much easier to manage.

A special thank you to James Black, who my accountant who was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Seem to have gotten worse over the years. Received a 450 pound fine as bookkeeping hasn't been done in 25 days - yes nearly a month - and it STILL hasn't been done. I'll likely have to switch providers at this point because it's getting ridiculous.
