Backorder items
Even though the back ordered items took a while to arrive. At no point were outpost uncontactable via customer service email so I at least felt in the loop! 10/10 will use outpost again

Near miss due to postage damage…
Arrived quickly and thankfully undamaged as the packaging saved the contents from the damaged/partly squashed external box used for posting. As this was for a present, any damage would have made it unusable.

Service met all expectations
It was fairly easy to get a hang of the website, I found everything that I was looking for, and it arrived in a timely manner. I don't ask for much, but The Outpost ticked all the boxes, and there's nothing I'd like to see changed. To me, that constitutes 5 stars.

Great prices and by mailorder they have fast delivery. My ordered items arrived well packaged in mail.
In store they have a large helpful team, passionate about gaming hobbies and very welcoming. Large public gaming area in the back. Well worth a visit.

I have long since sung the praises of The Outpost, I have often found they are the number 1 choice when it comes to pre-orders. From the Leviathan box to several of the recent kill team boxes and lots in between thanks to The Outpost I've not missed out on anything I wanted!
