signed up on the end of october for 30 euro contract got a bill 6 days later for 130 euro..... !! when i contacted them they told me i was gone over my data limit......???
Purchased a 15 Euro sim which I was told would have unlimited data and 300 mins talk time and txt. Inserted the sim to find a zero balance. Reported the matter via facebook to tesco Mobile and they said I would have to travel back to the store. Not acceptable
I have no coverage at my house or outside my house .Can't even send a text message or make a phone call as there is no mobile network available???
So their service is completely useless.Stay away from them as far as I'm concerned, that's my advice.
I'm not surprised regarding the terrible rating here and regret to not having looked it up before I agreed to a contract. I'm very disappointed. The customer service promise you sth and never holds on it. Referring a couple of days later to this contact no one responds to you. Just another rubbish to avoid in UK/I.
I have fulfilled my 2 year contract and requested my unlock code for my phone. Waited 21 days requested it numerous times and still no code. Very bad service.
Where do I start. From the beginning of my contract the extortionate charges began. Ended up paying €700 more the my bill should have been over 2 years. Avoid like the plague. Worst customer service ever experienced
One of the worst network in whole world ; very poor network : very slow 3 g :
If you think tesco mobile is bad, you should try some of the other overcharging poor customer service providers. I haven't had a problem, very happy with tesco.
Would like to thank the ladies that were working yesterday and this morning in the Monread store. Both very pleasant and helpful. It was really appreciated.
I bought a phone recently, firstly I wasted 15 euro for sim that I did not need because the phone came with one already, the guy would not refund it for me even when it was unpacked undamaged package, then the phone started to switch off out of nowhere and I could not turn it back on, when I said I wanted to send it back they said they would not send me back a new one, ( once I receive refund I can order new model)and I had to pay shipping fee 8 euro which is ridiculous! After I got my refund the phone was no longer on sale and it cost 40 euro more. So I ordered from different provider and I'm left with two tesco sim card that I don't need. I will never buy a phone with them again
Ordered a Bill Pay plan with phone. Some different questions answered (nothing really difficult to answer).
Next morning got a confirmation of cancelling with no reason why. Asked on the chat and by email, and they couldn't give a reason as to why they would deny a Bill contract to a person full time employed, more than 10 years on the same company, permanent, ...
To me it just sounded like a "scam".
I would avoid them in the future. Big company, bad service.
I don’t recommend it to anyone. Changing it for sure.
Tesco won't release my mobile number to my new provider!
I have been with them for approximately 7 years and have to update to a better deal with another company. I brought my mobile number to their network yrs ago! I can't make contact with them by phone and they don't reply to emails and the staff on the ground seem to be limited in what they can do. Very frustrated and won't deal with them again.
Bought a tesco mobile pay as you go sim, cost 15euro, with absolutely no credit on it. Registered sum and put 20euro on, made two calls to test out each about 1second and that cost me 1euro. The cost to add data is outrageous. Its for my son and if he doesn't use the credit in one month you loose it.
I'll be going elsewhere to get him a pay as you sim and save a small fortune.
The roaming abroad is not working since there is no coverage. I have tried to use it in UK, USA, Italy, Spain etc. No, there is no coverage at all. Even I always get H in Galway City. Thinking to move to a new provider.
SIM order declined without any explanation, but money taken from bank account. 30mins waiting on webchat to talk to someone and get reason why - "We don't support business addresses". SIM bought for when I am in the country, I don't have home address.
3-5 days to get refund. It would have been nice to be told that in "ORDER DECLINED" email why it was declined and not wasted my time trying to find out.
AVOID.
Incompetent agents working on the phone and on the app avoid at all costs
Firstly Mallow store gave wrong in saying you could get tesco bill in Paul’s street, drove to paul street they don’t do bill, after that made an attempt at wilton there the service was only alright but after going through the whole vetting process I was told their simpacks were banjaxed and couldn’t give me the phone, this went on for over a week like seriously what network leaves that go on for that long? Anyway I should of taken all the warnings as a sign but still went back again to wilton another day for the phone had to do another application again. Got the phone was told I’d be ported over that evening nothing two days later still nothing I rang multiple times to customer care all in all almost 3 hours in total I waited and nothing no one answered!! Today fine got through to web chat they said I’d be sorted so I got ported on the network then realise I can’t send nor rec sms can’t rec calls again back in the web chat for ages and was given loads of nonsense clearly yerman hasn’t a clue, was told 3-5 working days i someone would be in touch this is crazy like I told him I’ll be giving back the e phone and get the hell out of the contract!!! Stay well clear of them
Waited a month and half for response to unlock my phone . After that , the response was that my phone is already unlocked but in-fact my phone wasn’t. After few emails, i finally got unlocking code which was incomplete and missing 1 digit , had to guess last digit myself. Luckily 15 first numbers was in order. Don’t waist your time one them . Do not buy any phone there . Do not sign any contract with them as you will definitely regret it . 100 % not recommended .
My wife changed her plan, bills went from €30pm to €185 pm, agents make it big on our backs, can't wait to say goodbye.
