Had issues with connecting to calls & spoke to an agent yesterday by the name of Chris. I was quite frustrated before I got connected to Chris & was looking to leave the service but Chris customer service changed my mind to carry on with the service. Chris patiently explained why I encountered the issue and guided me with the steps to amend my settings accordingly. The calls now connect and I am able to clearly hear the conversation from the other end. Furthermore, Chris also arranged a call back to check if the setting update had worked.
One of the best customer services I have experienced. Chris is an asset to any organisation & definitely sets the bar high in terms of excellent customer services.

Money was taken from my bank account and nothing was credited into tesco international calling account. The painful part is that I was asked to produce bank card first six figures and last four figures. Then customer service for the past two days ghosted. This is not the first time that I have experienced this. Some of the staff members are not fit for purpose and need to be send on errands instead of attending to urgent and sensitive matters.

I made a big mistake with my TESCO International Phone Card. I added £10.00 to an empty card, but did not attach the top up to my Tesco calling card. Naturally, the bank withdrew the payment, but my phone card remained empty. I thought this would be an impossible mistake to correct, or at best, a complex problem.
Sometimes in life there is magic. I called TESCO International Calling and spoke with Sanna.
Sanna knew immediately how to correct my error. She was patient with my fumbling and uncertainty. She was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all patient and kind. She stated she would contact my bank and join the payment to my telephone card, and she stated she would call me the next day.
Sanna followed through the next day as she stated. She did exactly what she said she would do. She gave me a new phone code, and the money was ready to use for calls. In a world of promises, but often no following through, Sanna was a star. Thank you!

Catherine asked me to email with a screen shot of the error message.
Catherine called me back very quickly.
My problem was solved very quickly and Catherine was extremely courteous and helpful.

I am a long term Tesco customer. I am with O2 for my mobile. I signed up yesterday and downloaded the Tesco International Calling app. I put funds into my account, then went into the app and called a number in the USA. As it dialled, a message flashed briefly across my screen to tell me the number it is dialling is NOT the USA number, but a premium rate UK number. O2 charge me 65p per minute for such a call. It was going to be a long call and I consider myself fortunate that I saw the brief message. I stopped the call. I would have expected more clarity when making the call, such as a warning about the potential extra cost and then a requirement to press yes or no before proceeding. I did not see any info about this when I looked at the Tesco website before I signed up to see how it all worked, but of course I may have missed it in tiny small print. All I saw was a prominent assertion that calls to the USA will cost only a few cents per minute. Very disappointed with you Tesco

Tesco International Calling App comes very handy with very competitive call rates. Another advantage is, the app can also be used while abroad using wifi.
Most importantly, I must stress the excellent customer support it has. One name must be mentioned that of Natalia's who is incredibly quick, agile, friendly and resolute to resolving any issues one might be faced with while using the app's services. Natalia is simply a Star!

I have been using this card to make international calls to my mom as she’s blind and can’t use WhatsApp type calls.
Their app is nightmare and appears to me to be somewhat as if designed by college kids.
This card is totally useless and when you go abroad once you are locked down WiFi it is hell to switch back to mobile data.
When I called them they say they are aware of the problem as trying to fix it.
This card is a failure I wish I could find an alternative to make calls abroad.
Shame on you Tesco.

I downloaded Tesco International calling only yesterday and I wanted to add credit. I was having problems so I call their customer. The lady I spoke to name was Sanna-R.
I have never come across such a good customer rep in this day and age.
She was polite, kind, and extremely helpful. She is absolutely assent to Tesco. She has definitely given Tesco my thumbs Ups. She turns my stressful situation into calmness.
She even had time to call me back and finally resolved my issues. Show me all I needed to know on the app. I am not very technical but she took her time and explain and help me. Well done Sanna-R. Tesco should reward you for your professionalism and helping customers. Your customer skills is second to none. Tesco should be proud to have such a nice person working for them.

Tesco STILL haven't fixed this problem after 2 months & counting!! Basically, I can't see my recent calls on my International call all & the balance is frozen so I don't know what it really is. Come on Tesco. Fix this problem & stop fobbing us off with the line 'we're working on it' when I phone to ask for an update!!

Sanna R is a credit to Tesco International Calling. I have been a long term customer of this company and don't usually experience any major issues but naturally occasional glitches do occur and an email to the company resulted in immediate and efficient service from Sanna R. Unfortunately I had been caught out by my credit expiring which left me in a difficult position whilst abroad and several topping up attempts failed. Sanna R dealt with the issue swiftly and efficiently. It is this sort of thing which reinforces trust and confidence in the service provider. Many thanks!
