Virtual Sign-up Perplexing But Customer Support Excellent

I found the virtual sign-up a little perplexing, but Natalia ensured that my account was set up smoothly.

She responded to my initial query in an hour, and sorted out my difficulties so I could use the card first thing the following day.

Stole my money

I don't use international calling very much but when I went to use it recently I saw my balance was zero.

Tesco put an expiry clause on your balance and if not used within 6 months steal your money.

Bad form Tesco but I guess every little helps your profits!!

my call to customer service was answered promptly and advisor gave good clear advice on how to resolve my issue and talked me through the settings while on the call, then called me back later to check all was resolved, great service

Tesco international calling card

I contacted Tesco international customer services today regarding my top up voucher. Mr Riaz (advisor) was extreamly helpful, professional and quick in resolving my issue. Further to this, Mr Riaz helped me step by step set up my Tesco international application and further assisted me with this. In addition to this, Mr Riaz further explained in detail how the top up services worked and elaborated on where I can purchase the vouchers from. This was definitely a pleasant experience and the best customer service received. Thank you!

It was a beautiful experience that I received from Tesco International Calling today, at first I thought I wouldn't bother myself with the issue but I had to raise it, and to my surprise, it was well dealt with and the lady called Catherine deserved an award 🏆, and the customer service went through the easy way for me, thank you very much once again, I appreciate it.

Great Customer Service

No good for the Caribbean …

Don't use this app to call the Caribbean. It was recommended to me but it is useless. The connection is so bad that the recipient can't hear the conversation. A total waste of money @ 17p per minute. I have not had a single successful call since I signed up. I would give it no stars if I could.

Very helpful, polite and helpful staff

Spoke to Natalia and she was so very helpful, polite and friendly. She also gave advice on topping up
I am so very happy with using Tesco international as I make calls to Ireland, Canada and Australia, the cost is so very good

I disliked the fact that it took me…

I disliked the fact that it took me over 20 minutes to find out a Tesco international calling customer service number. The number is not even available on Google.
The app doesn't not give an option to speak to someone. But when I eventually got to speak to a real human gentleman called Chris, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and good communicator.
So well done Chris and thank you.

App would not load

My phone stopped recognising the app so i could not make any calls.
I phoned their customer care and spoke to Kathrine. She took my details and info on my phone and said she would speak to technical and would phone back. Well she phoned back and the app works now. Thank you Tesco for still having a customer service that works.

There are some really nice people around

Has been having problems trying to add credit to my account. Unfortunately I did not get much help from my local Tesco. Today I rang am I glad I did.
