Mathew at Tesco credit cards did an expert job in solving my problem.
I had a major problem with my Tesco banking app and so wasn't able to make any payments.It transpired that my ios version was out of date and the only way to deal with the issue was to delete the app.However,getting to this point took some time.However,Mathew in credit cards persisted and helpded me all the way.He managed to guide me through what needed to happen.The result was a good one and i can and have used my card without any issues.Mathew in the credit card team deserves top marks for his patience and customer service and technical skills.Well done Mathew in the credit card team at Tesco.Top man.

The bank should insert the telephone…
The bank should insert the telephone numbers of all departments as they are so difficult to find and it took me ages to find the right number. This was very frustrating. The agent was unhelpful, unsympathetic and obstructive.

Just difficulties getting my credit card payment authorised.Rang Tesco but couldn’t really help so used another credit card with no problem.Probably something I had not done.It kept saying an error occurred then locked me out on 3rd attempt.
