90% approval chance means nothing
I was rejected for a loan after being given a ‘90% chance’ approval rate.
The rejection reason made no sense as everything in the application correlated to my credit report.
I was able to find credit elsewhere shortly after, but am unhappy they dinged my score with a hard search for no reason.
A shame as several years ago I had a loan with them that I paid off without issue!

Got charged £12 for not making a minimum payment on my credit card. I never make minimum payments as my bill is always paid off in full every month. Tried to explain to staff who didn't get it.

Useless. Do NOT apply. 3 months for a replacement card 1 month and counting and card still blocked and unable to be used despite assurances that everything was sorted. Hours spent waiting on phone to talk to people only for no resolution. Complete indifference by supposed trained customer service people when I complained. Minimum 2 weeks for any contact from complaint.
