As a disabled and very vulnerable…

As a disabled and very vulnerable person, it was a huge relief to speak directly to someone at customer Service concerning my Credit card account issue. the advisor was amazing and adapted to my communication and comprehension levels with patience and understanding and solved my issue immediately. Bit old fashioned

Bit old fashioned , all was going well , opened an ISA on line , deposited money electronically and then bizarrely we reverted to the 1970’s and signature needed via the post , with paper and envelopes !
