Fraud query
Fraud query. On Saturday 13 July I foolishly fell victim to scammers.Fortunately I realised my stupidity and phoned the bank within minutes of ending my transaction with the scammers,and a block was placed on them further accessing my card. I suggested at the time cancelling my card and aquiring a new one and was advised against this for reasons I do not fully understand. The upshot being when I went to use my card today Wedesday 17th July I too was blocked.

👎🏻 Tried to move my savings account
👎🏻 Tried to move my savings account via the Tesco app to a higher interest rate one. It just opened another account and didn’t move it.
👍🏻 A quick call and the friendly lady quickly sorted it out. Moved it over and closed old account.
Just wish I hadn’t needed to call but sorted quickly.
