You get to speak to real people! With clear speech!
It’s the only bank myself, friends and family have found that if you have a problem with the app and technology that you can actually phone up and speak to a lovely clear spoken person! Without spending forever finding a number and then being left on hold for ages. Both times I’ve called the people were lovely and patient and that spoke clearly. That’s incredibly rare these days, so ad long as they continue this we’ll be staying with them!
