They rejected my application because it was sent 1 day out of the application date. Which now means another hard credit search needs to be done, seems abut silly out by 1 day.
Always read your statement and query any fees and or charges
Call handler competent polite & knowledgeable. More concerned about the reason that necessitated the call. Eg. Accidental underpayment of 0.10p on credit card bill resulted in just under £20.00 in charges! - hopefully to be refunded.

Disappointed
I was disappointed at not being able to speak to a person when the options given on the phone did not apply to my query. I just wanted to speak to customer service but found this nigh on impossible.
Good efficient service.

Highly stressful experience regarding discussing my card and payments. I was subjected to an interrogating phone call that lasted for 1 hour 26 minutes, I was super stressed afterwards and still cannot believe why I did not hang up earlier. I was put on hold twice for a long time with no apology and at times pressured into things that I did not wanted to commit to. I do not blame the agent, but the management, who is responsible for this kind of manipulative and bordering on harassment of behaviour. The Manager the agent must have spoken to when I had to hold on for a long time should be questioned. Super disappointed, I had never missed a payment in years and always paid what was due.

TESCO was trying to verify my correct house details. This was not clear to begin with. When I said my address of my new house had already been sent to Tesco a good 6 months previously. Had the person said that at first, the conversation would be finish so much qui ker

Had a few questions and I was advised my choices, very clearly.
Satisfactory service
My experience was kind and helpful the person asked the right questions and solve the problem quickly. And reassured that the situation was being dealt with and accordingly
Excellent Customer Service
I spoke to Shaun a customer representative of Tesco Bank. He was professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, and helpful. Most of all he was very patient in trying to solve my problem. I have very limited IT skills and he had to keep repeating himself as he guided and instructed me. I was very impressed because not once did he make me feel stupid or inadequate. His tone of voice was pleasant and calming, which made me feel at ease. Shaun is an excellent example of how a customer representative should be. He is an asset to Tesco Bank.

You can tell these are now owned by Barclays
You can tell these are now owned by Barclays!
Paid off credit card in full in April, £12 interest was somehow put on in may which I didn’t know about and didn’t check as I paid it off in full to then get a email with £12 late payment fee and more interest, tried calling up to see what’s happened and the girl couldn’t tell me, said she was transferring then cut me off.
Had very similar experiences with Barclays who do seem to like to make things as difficult as possible!
