Hi Tesco team, I’ve been a loyal Tesco customer for over 3 years. Today I visited your branch (Store 5394) and saw many country flags on footballs for the tournament. Unfortunately, there was n... See more

This is now the 3rd time of placing a delivery for my shopping, choosing my products and then when the day comes you get told that over half your shop is unavailable
Tesco Cheetham Hill store
It’s about Cheetham Hill store Manchester.
Just been in that store an hour ago ,There were no Air Con,it was boiling inside.
Staffs were working with little hand fan in their hand (They were still very polite ,working in this hot weather in store with no AC ) . Snack fridge wasnt working either !!!
I am so dissapointed with Tesco negletting their staff and customers with that hot place.
No health and safety in that store right now with boiling hot condition.
Could you please do something for that AC to keep cool inside the Cheetham hill store ?
I’ve also been to Tesco Gorton store last week ,it was nice and cool inside after the hot weather outside and enjoyed the shopping .
Kind Regards

I wish there were an option to give a negative rating.
The Tesco Express near Chelmsford Train Station has, without doubt, some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The overall store standards are very poor, and the staff attitude is extremely disappointing.
Fridge doors are frequently left open, which raises serious concerns about food safety and storage conditions. Because of this, expiry dates become meaningless if products are not being kept at the correct temperature.
In addition, staff regularly restock shelves while blocking the aisles, often standing around talking to each other or even sitting on the floor, making it difficult for customers to shop comfortably. The environment feels unprofessional and unwelcoming, almost as if customers are an inconvenience.
My final experience was at the self-service area when I asked for assistance. Instead of helping, a staff member simply told me to go and get another item from the shelf myself.
Based on the poor service, lack of professionalism, and concerns over food handling, I will not be shopping at Tesco again.

Tesco online "out of stock" today no chicken either fresh or frozen available ! Nothing in store, I don't believe so - just not for me. The same was the case on Turkey & most eggs. This is true on so many products, if you don't have a car, can't lug heavy shopping you are penalised. Online is discriminatory and I won't be using again.
Air cooler
Yesterday Tesco were selling an EMtronics air cooler for £99.99. Due to the heatwave, I put one in my online basket, to have a think if I wanted to go ahead and purchase it. Today they sent me a reminder to complete the purchase. The item had gone up to £199.99. Absolutely outrageous?!😳
AVARICE AT IT'S FINEST...
Tesco, thank you so much for reminding me what “customer service” really means.
I’m currently staying with my 90-year-old mother while she recovers from a hip replacement, knee replacement, and a broken tibia — all while trying to cope with losing my father in April after 76 years together (nearly 72 married). She no longer drives, I don’t have access to a car, so online grocery shopping has been an absolute lifeline.
Naturally, I thought Tesco’s Delivery Saver would make life easier. Silly me. I paid for a six-month plan, with the understanding that if my basket fell below £50, I’d be hit with a £5 charge. Fair enough. Except this week, when I tried to place our order, Tesco had apparently decided meat was now an optional luxury. No chicken. No beef. No pork. No lamb. No frozen prawns. Basically, none of the staples we actually eat.
After calling customer service, I was told the store supplying our order has “fridge overheating problems” and they’re waiting for repairs. Now, call me old-fashioned, but I’d have thought a supermarket might consider reliable refrigeration fairly central to its business model.
Did Tesco waive the £5 minimum basket fee, given they physically couldn’t supply basic essentials? Of course not. That would require common sense.
Instead, I’ve had to ask my husband to do the shopping and drive an hour each way to bring it here.
But it’s fine. Tesco only made £3.15 billion profit in 2025/26, so clearly there wasn’t enough spare change lying around to upgrade the fridges before summer arrived. Priorities, after all. Thank goodness the shareholders are looked after — £12.10 per share in 2024, £13.70 in 2025, and £14.50 in 2026. That’s the important thing .I feel so much better knowing that the £5.00 minimum basket charge is helping keep the rich in luxury foods while pensioners are making one tea bag last four cups of tea.
Avoid Tesco market place
Avoid Tesco market place. First and last time I use it. Ups keep not delivering and the merchant is uncontactable. Tesco don't even seem to have check the contact details they provide.
46 degrees in the drivers vehicle
46 degrees in the drivers vehicle. The driver looked like he was going to collapse!!!! Shame on you Tesco
NO CODE REQUIRED.
Tesco express, Connah's Quay. Please tell your drivers that you don't need a code for a whoosh delivery. The code is only on orders booked through just eat. Tesco Whoosh deliveries are booked through Tesco. They are starting to grind my gears, they can start taking the deliveries back and Tesco can issue a refund. OR TELL THEM YOU DON'T NEED A CODE. GFY
This is Tesco brighouse
This is Tesco brighouse. Went for some travel money. No one at kiosk so asked the lady behind the other counter if she knew where they were. Got a very abrupt' its nothing to do with me'. Might be on their dinner we don't know. Attitude problem. Turned ok once I said I know you can't do anything I was just asking. Won't be using this store again. I am a very frequent Tesco user. Very disappointed 😞 😔 😕
Sexism from security?
Kicked out for not wearing a top in 38 degree heat, I am wearing a bandeu. Multiple shirtless men entering and leaving.
Is TESCO not bothered about racist staff?
The Tesco Review website asks customers to contact their customer services department before reviewing externally. I have done that and they have not responded so I now feel free to write a general review. When I visited TESCO in Ludlow several weeks ago, I was shocked that the checkout assistant was making racist comments derogatory to people in Wolverhampton. I complained to her and complained to the on-duty manager who promised to call me back to reassure that action had been taken. He didn't. I rang customer services who promised that I would receive a call back to reassure me that the issue had been addressed. They didn't. Four weeks on I can only assume that TESCO, despite their stated policy, are quite relaxed about their staff sharing racist views with customers. I shall not be shopping at TESCO again and I would urge other people of colour to consider whether or not to give their custom to TESCO as we are clearly not welcome there
Waste of time.
Waste of time.
You might have nothing better to do than keep fruit and vegetables until they are rotten before selling them but some of us have better things to do than waste an hour navigating an unhelpful website, just to be told, after booking a slot, that you are fully booked right now.
What an absolute joke."every little helps"?you dont even help little.build a different supermarket in Ryde please someone.
The Worst Customer Care On The Planet
Try searching the Tesco website if you have a complaint. Customer Services - non existant. Complaints - no match. This monolith needs bringing down to size. The review score makes this abundendly clear. After being treated like excrement consistently for months we have decided to travel further for a supermarket that shows evidence of customer care.

I've had grocery deliveries for over 10 years. Due to my disability & being housebound I am unable to shop in store. It stuns me that you cannot order fresh bread and croissants etc until after 2.00 pm and on some items 7.00 pm!
I am sure the bakery staff shift pattern would allow for these products to be readily available for online orders prior to the 2.00 pm7.00 pm current times.
Although I am at home anyway, my disability restrictions mean that I need a mid morning slot.
This is about the Wellingborough store
This is about the Wellingborough store. Alex the manager and Elaine have been so helpful recently. Their kindness, and consideration has been outstanding looking out for one of their elderly customers. You know how important you are,….and huge thank you.
If more were like you around….
ZERO STARS! Cancelled delivery!
ZERO STARS!
Well Tesco you have really sunk to the lowest imaginable depths now. I am an elderly, disabled lady (long term neurological condition) who has had to rely on weekly home delivery for my shopping for the past 12 years. Today I went onto my saved order to complete it for this Friday (26/6/26) only to find that ALL the fresh and frozen foods were unavailable due to "store maintenance from 23/6/26 - 28/6/26". I rang up to be told that there had been problems at many stores due to the heat and the breaking down of fridges and freezers! What?? Are Tesco the only company who hadn't heard about this hot weather coming? It has been on the news and social media day and night for the past 2 weeks! So, no contingency plans then Tesco eh? I was angry but then decided to complete my order with only the non-perishable goods and duly checked it all out. But, shock horror, about half an hour later I received a text message saying that my order had been cancelled. I couldn't understand this as items such as bleach and teabags were hardly affected by malfunctioning fridges and freezers, so rang Tesco back again to ask what was going on. Immediately I was told that there was a problem with perishables, but I told them I knew about this and this didn't apply to my order as there were no perishables in it. The agent said she would ring the Altrincham, Cheshire branch that fulfils my order. On her return to my call she said the store manager had told her there were problems with many suppliers so there was no stock in the store. OK, so the store was closed then, right? Er, no it was open - so there WAS stock in the store! Have you ever heard anything like this load of lies? I went back online to find that there are NO available home delivery slots until next Wednesday July 1st - so a whole week away! This is absolutely disgraceful, and is SO unfair on disabled people who cannot get into a store and for whom home delivery is a lifeline - they have had absolutely no thought about the consequences of just cancelling all home delivery orders for people like me. Still at least Tesco will save on the cost of all these cancelled home deliveries in my area (and other affected areas no doubt too) for the next week, which will help to reduce their out-goings, boosting footfall for those lucky enough to just pop into store as a result thereby adding to their company profits and executive bonuses - "every little helps" for you eh Tesco? I am totally stunned by this action on Tesco's part and so very upset. I have a delivery saver so will continue to ensure that I get my pre-paid money's worth, but as soon as it comes round to renewal I'm moving to another supermarket. I have been a loyal customer for years but am sick and tired of all of the recent problems I have experienced with Tesco who have now changed beyond all recognition and have no thought for their customers whatsoever any more. I also noted today that they have changed the options on their telephone line to make it as difficult as possible to speak to anyone. Great Customer Service Tesco, thank you and good riddance.
Cheats
Cheats. They invented tesco clubcard knowing that old and the disabled people like me would find it difficult to use. This ensures that disadvantaged people have to pay more. They are profiteering from people in society that are vulnerable.
Cold store problems in Norfolk Tesco
Cold store problems in Norfolk Tesco. There are several silver curtain blinds pulled over cold store areas virtually all milk and meat departments and cheese yoghurt and fruit. They look like it's out of bounds, staff continuously blocking me, as if the food isn't available to purchase, restocking a few items here and there. I can see at a glance that food items are becoming less common. Most fresh things are running right out before just a few items are replenished. Mushrooms, grapes bananas and virtually no salad items today. Several types of cheese very poor stock of eggs i believe farmers are in serious trouble and many are giving up so not Tescos fault unless they DON'T PAY enough for the produce. 6,000 farmers finished in 2 years. I'm going to buy in bulk directly from suppliers. Tesco is like a half empty larder. They talk in billions of profits.
