Great bus connections but not so much the refund process
The bus connections to the airport are great and reasonable priced. I made a mistake in choosing the airport when booking and asked for a refund but this was not possible. The company only offers you a promo code to use which seems a good offer but you can only use it once and if you spend less in value you loose on the money spent as the promo code is one use only. I didn’t think this is fair as they should allow you to use for the full value spent even if it means splitting in different transactions. I don’t live in Italy and wasn’t sure if I would be back within the year which is how long the voucher is valid for.

When booking, we offer different fare types to meet different travel needs, including both refundable and non-refundable options. The refund conditions applicable to each ticket are clearly indicated during the purchase process and are accepted at the time of booking.
Our promo-code policy is intended to provide an alternative solution in situations where a refund is not available under the selected fare conditions. We nevertheless understand that the voucher validity period and usage limitations may not be ideal for every customer.

I would do it again and recommend the sevice
I was picked up by Enzo at the exactly time in my hotel.
As requested, he helped me a lot with bags and brought me to the bus point 20 minutes prior to my scheduled time. Then helped me to hope on the first bus to Fiumicino.
In general, the experience was excellent and the company was in the right tone.
As I had two big bags and I was alone, I almost decided to miss my last day in Rome and sleep close to the airport.
Having found out the bus service and later Terra first was a delightful surprise and I believe this is a service that could really help travelers all around big cities.
I really hope you can make this service (both Terra vision and specially Terra fast) works, and I would definetlly do it again.

I want to thank the Television team for their prompt and professional assistance. I mistakenly bought a ticket from another airport just 10 minutes before departure. Despite this, I was quickly issued a voucher for 100% of the cost, thanks to which I was able to immediately buy the right ticket for the return trip.
I would also like to note separately that at my request, the team issued a voucher for 1 day for the return trip - everything was done very quickly, which was especially important, since two days later I already had a departure. Excellent service and a truly customer-oriented approach.

Great service and value to money
The hole idea is great. All we need transfer to the airport. We ordered pick up from address. It was not too expensive, bus is 3€ for two and this service was 12€. We got great, polite and very very professional driver Enzo. He helped us with luggage, wait with us and make us feel comfortable. The service is great such as idea. Taxi for 2 is 55€ and this whole service 26€, what is great. Go ahead!

Cheap prices for a reason
Cheap prices for a reason. Get a taxi. Nice easy transfer from Ciampino Airport to central Rome but absolutely nothing on the way back. Timetable listed bus time for 07:05, waited from 06:45 and it never turned up. Alternative bus to Fiumicino airport from the same company arrived, I spoke to one of the staff on there explaining that it hadn't arrived and he blatantly lied by saying that he'd been on that bus. Physically impossible as it's a 30 minute drive at a minimum and their bus rocked up at 07:30. Do yourself a favour and pay extra for a taxi.
