We booked this for our daughter’s birthday. She had 2 lovely ladies with us the whole time. Interacting with the kids, playing games, dancing and making balloon animals. They even showed the girls how to make them. Above and beyond and my daughter had a fab time.

The customer service was appalling
The customer service was appalling. The reason as to why food was not allowed at the lanes is terrible customer experience and not explained at the time of booking and then the wait time for food after the bowling was excruciatingly long when all we wanted to do was leave. It was the explained to me that there were a ‘no refund’’ company. I will not be returning despite the actual bowling being good.

Very impressed
It’s been done up since we last came. My son and his friend got a game of bowling, a burger and a laser quest visit for £10.50 each which is amazing. Very helpful staff. Really impressed.

We came as a group of 5 adults and 13…
We came as a group of 5 adults and 13 children. Food was so horrendous we were given our money back.
The toilets were disgusting once of our adults was physically sick by the smell.
Two machines had no tickets in them and we had to ask for them to be refilled. One child won 10000 tickets and a person came to give them the tickets however only 801 were given so had to go back again to have it written on the ticket. At the same time someone else also having the same issue.
Dont think we'll be returning anytime soon

Great atmosphere and lots to do
Great atmosphere and lots to do. Staff were friendly, toilets nice and clean. I would have given 5 stars but we played the interactive darts and it didn’t always recognise your score. We tried to order food and drinks from the QR code but it didn’t recognise the venue.

We had problems with bumper lane and needed assistance. Also had problems with no white pool ball, again needed to ask for assistance.
