Availed of their transfer promo where we can get Xiaomi Scooter at significant discount. It was great experience, smooth transfer, transparent process, and ridiculously fast shipping... I mean almost like next day shipping. Tested 5G it works very well in our area. Our previous was very spotty, I'm excited with this.

The worst customer care ever. Jeez.
I just signed up to their service 149 kr a month and boom I get charged 299kr on my first bill no explanation.
Try to call the help desk, which reads me a list of things I need to do and hangs up.
This is the worst service I have experienced, and I haven't even started using them for more than 6 days.
