Terrible and unprofessional
Due technical reason, my business mobile has been down more than 24 hours, no reasonble reply recieved from the customer support and no estimation till issue resolution.
Just a notice the issue is still on going and has not been resolved. Highly unprofessional

Scam to make 3000 dkk for departing customers
I left Telenor’s home internet service late last year. At this time I called the customer service team to quit my account and enquire what steps needed to be taken by me. The customer care agent explained to me how many months notice existed on my account and ensured me that there was nothing else for me to do (apart from pay the remaining months of notice).
Once the final months of notice were paid off, I received a bill from Telenor for 3000 dkk. I was shocked to receive this. The bill was a penalty charge for not returning the router! I had taken special care to ensure this was not required upon quitting the account, and here I was receiving an outlandish demand.
I immediately contacted Telenor again and explained that I no longer lived in Denmark and no longer had the router, so thus would not be able to return the router. I also explained that while I still had had the ability to return the router (in 2025) I had called Telenor especially to ensure that there was no action required on my behalf.
The customer care team were not interested in my explanation or the fact that this was blatantly Telenor’s responsibility as they had given me incorrect information in the first place. Only after multiple lengthy complaints did the customer care team agree to escalate my complaint.
Eventually I heard back from the escalation and was told that my bill had been halved (to 1500 DKK) as a good will gesture. The response from Telenor also claimed that they were not able to locate my call from 2025 in which I was given false information. The latter claim is funny as Telenor never enquired with which number the call was placed, so had no means of locating the call.
Lastly, the penalty of 3000 dkk is also
Curious to me as the router hardware itself cannot be worth more than 200 DKK in itself. I am unsure why a business would treat its customers like this.
