Poor Customer Service in Norway.
Disappointing that a premium Norwegian company like Telenor delivers such poor customer service. Long waiting times and weak support do not reflect the standards one would expect.

Telenor has been a terrible experience
Telenor has been a terrible experience. The WiFi keeps disconnecting constantly, and sometimes it doesn’t even connect at all. Mobile data is also extremely slow and unreliable. For the price they charge, the service quality is unacceptable. Very disappointing overall.

Excellent company and perfect…
Excellent company and perfect Connection quality so the internet is very fast. I also love the offer for 3 times installment which amazing and very helpful for the custemrs . and always i find great discount for the mobiles. Also in the store the treatment from the employee are wonderful

Bad experience with Telenor
Bad experience with Telenor. I cancelled my service and have written confirmation, but was still billed. Customer support kept arguing on the phone and ignored my emails completely. Very unprofessional handling.
