I ordered a premium bouquet with a mosaic vase for my mom. The delivered product was far less than advertised. In reality, the bouquet was very small compared to the picture and came in a plain vase. For reference, the photo has a least 5 roses, but we only got two. It's the same problem with the other blooms.
I'm giving it two stars because the bouquet was delivered on time and customer service did give me a small refund. However, I won't let this service trick me again in the future.

Placed order for the premium zen arrangement for my daughter’s birthday… the day after scheduled delivery date she received just a basic green plant ..not worth the $115 I paid. Worst experience ever!

Beautiful arrangements ,good price and service.
I really wish would have read reviews before using this service. I placed an order for a family member finishing their last chemo treatment, two days prior to needing them delivered.
They called late on the second day and said it was now too late to deliver since it was past 4:00pm. I reminded them I ordered them 2 days ago, why tell me just now that you can’t deliver?!
Now after reading reviews on the lack of quality, I’m terrified it will look like something I picked up at dollar general. I guess I will see how far a $100 arrangements gets me tomorrow, a day late.

I ordered your Love Medley Bouquet - PREMIUM. It's not even a full bouquet. One side is flat with no flowers like it's meant to be placed against a wall. The flowers look old, some leaves show chew marks from insects. It's barely 12" across for OVER $100.00. The entire bouquet is made up of roses yet - THERE IS NO SMELL OF ROSES - AT ALL. I called the local florist the next day and of course he denied any of this was his fault. Teleflora sent me 2 seperate emails about the order but the email had different order numbers. Lesson Learned - No More Teleflora - EVER ! Plastic flowers have more smell.

Ordered Birthday flowers for my Sister on April 13th to be delivered on April 14th. They didn’t get delivered. Called Teleflora, they tell me they couldn’t deliver because no one was home. That was not true. No notice from Teleflora about it. Got word from my Sister the next day saying they were delivered…. She wasn’t home !! They left them on the porch. Called teleflora again….they put me on hold and called the florist. The florist gave them the runaround and some BS excuse that it got too late and was dark out so they didn’t deliver them on the 14th. Never again TELEFLORA !!

They said they could guarantee my delivery, canceled my order the next day on March 31st, said my refund would take 2-10 days. I haven't received a refund. They're saying I have. My card was charged 115.50 The refund they are saying I got was for only 93.and some change. I've asked multiple questions, and get the same answer. This company is a joke

I purchased Colors Of The Rainbow Bouquet (Premium) priced at $124.99 + tax + shipping for my mom. I was expecting big bouquet measuring approximately 28 1/2 inches tall by 23 1/2 inches wide as described on the Teleflora website. When it got dropped off on my porch, its looked tiny. I never measured flowers before but this was insulting, so I got out my tape measure. It measured 17 inches wide. Seriously! Teleflora should have florist take pictures of what they're delivering to ensure this doesn't happen.

I ordered from Teleflora Easter flowers for my mother in CA, scheduled for delivery on Friday. Friday came and went, so I emailed Teleflora that I expected the order would be delivered a day late (which was fine), and asked very politely what, if any, compensation they could offer for the late delivery.
These customer service morons responded by cancelling my mother’s flower delivery entirely and issuing a refund. Excuse me? On what planet does a competent company cancel a mother’s Easter delivery of flowers the day before the holiday due to a late delivery complaint??
This company, as evidenced by the plethora of one star reviews, is in desperate need of leadership that understands customer service at even the most basic level. I would have appreciated some simple options (20% discount perhaps?) to rectify my issue that yes, apparently required a level of intelligence lacking in their team. Imposing the nuclear option to a customer’s order right before the holiday for which it was intended, with zero effort to consult said customer, underlines an arrogance that no service company should allow.
I will give them credit for responding in a very timely manner, but when their solution to a customer issue is this brainless then it essentially cancels any positives. Unbelievable. DO BETTER TELEFLORA!

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had. Placed a same day delivery early in the morning for 4/2 - got an email in the evening saying they couldn't deliver because of weather... I was naturally annoyed and reached out to customer service because the weather was just cold.. they said it would be delivered the following day. I advised if it could not be there by a certain time i would need to cancel. They said delivery is between 11 and 7 for homes but they put a note on my preferred time. Well as the following day went on nothing came. Around 4 pm I got a delivery confirmation email saying it was hand delivered on 4/2.. at this point I'm annoyed and confused. Contacted support and got a copy and pasted response of "delivery for homes is between 11 and 7"- even tho i sent a screen shot of the delivery confirmation. Then I was advised it was sent in error.. at this point it was 640 pm. Around 8 pm nothing had been delivered, I rescued out and they issued a refund after I requested it. Annoying experience dip not order

Teleflora made sending a thoughtful gift so simple. The website is easy to navigate, and the selection of bouquets and arrangements is fantastic. Everything arrived exactly as pictured, and the flowers lasted beautifully. A trustworthy service if you want to brighten someone’s day.
Purchased a casket spray for my mother and 15 minutes later I got an email that said there was something questionable about the order and to call after I called in. They said let me help you reissue the order so I paid for it again in 15 minutes later I got another email that said there was something questionable about the order I called in and they said they don’t have flowers. may be fraudulent company

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! LESS THAN A ONE STAR! The order was for the Daisy Haze in the BLUE PITCHER. A 50 cent vase was sent instead. These florists are making a FORTUNE on switching what is shown as a container to a piece of junk. It was plainly written on the order that the flowers MUST be in the blue pitcher that was shown on their website. This requirement is even on the order confirmation. Wish I had read your reviews before ordering. TELEFLORA IS A SCAM COMPANY. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
They would give me back $24 on a $90 order. What a joke. Believe me, I did not receive an incentive to write this review, I just got SCAMMED.

I recently ordered flowers through Teleflora for a special occasion, and they were absolutely stunning. The arrangements looked fresh and elegant, and delivery was timely and hassle-free. Even from the UK, the service was easy to use and reliable. I’ll definitely be using them again for future gifts.
I placed an order for a same day delivery, and the arrangement was never delivered. I cancelled that order and tried again, silly me. Still no delivery. Teleflora is a joke. They gave me 50% off my next order. No thanks

Telefora shows a picture of one product that is beautiful and you buy it, but they deliver a cheaper one. The "Upsy Daisy" arrangement that we purchased showed a yellow vase, and yellow roses with daisies. The delivered arrangement was in a clear glass vase with only daisies, no roses. So disappointing!!

Don't give this company your money. They failed to follow through on the delivery of my flowers three separate times, and, given that these were sympathy flowers for a funeral service, I find that completely unacceptable.
When I called to ask why the delivery was delayed three times, they had told me that there were no providers in our area. I find that hard to believe, considering we have at least 10 flower shops within 20 minutes of where the service was held.

I placed an International order which was not delivered on the date requested. They sent an Email the day before asking for a local number which I provided. It is now 2 days past the delivery date requested and nothing has been delivered. I called Teleflora and the rep cannot tell me the status of my order. It is currently close to 5 PM in France so the flowers will most likely not be delivered today either. I cancelled my order. I would not recommend this company. If they do not refund, I’ll call the credit card company.

Ordered flowers for a funeral that never arrived. Teleflora couldn't tell me what happened. Said they'd get back to me about what happened but never did.
