I enjoy the email updates on new lines/offers. My order was delivered in 4 days, which was acceptable. The item is very good quality, and arrived well wrapped to avoid creasing. It is going to be very versatile in wear, as I hoped. The outer bag was rather large, and I did wonder if it was empty, it was so lightweight, but I can definitely re-use it!

Awful service. Ordered and paid for next day delivery as it was an urgent order for a birthday present. Should have therefore arrived on Saturday 25th. Actually arrived on Wednesday 29th.

Good gear, bad online ordering with orders accepted then cancelled.
While the quality of the garments is stylish and good, online ordering is a nightmare. In the space of three days I had three online orders partially or completely cancelled because the website wasn't up to date on what was in stock. Even when Customer Service got involved to check stock availability (quick & helpful) the order was subsequently cancelled. Goods 4*, Website 1* (and I'm being generous).

The quality of the clothing materials has really gone downhill
The quality of the clothing materials has really changed and feels cheap. My dresses were similar to a SHEIN order and I am really disappointed. 1 of the dresses and the jumpsuit were final sale so I cannot return and be donating to a charity store. The top is “ok” but again, not the quality I would expect. My second dress is wearable but a poor shape to it and again, terrible material. I would return only the US website does not seem to offer that option. Very disappointing

An appalling customer service
I bought 2 sets of towels (3 towels on sale and one full price). After a few days I received only one towels, full price. When I reached Ted Baker customer service I was paid back refund for the towels on sale. I decided to send the other towel back as I wanted a set. Over 2 weeks later still no refund. The whole interaction with Ted Baker cost me delivery but no items and no refund. The worst company to deal with! Avoid at any cost!
