Excellent service from these guys. I ordered a 3d printer which was delivered the next working day!
Unfortunately the power supply had a fault a few days later, but Myles arranged for a replacement to be sent out with no questions, again within one working day.

Very highly recommended, and I’ll certainly be a customer of theirs again.

We had a "great experience" with Technology Outlet. We bought Creality Ender S1 Pro and Creality CR-Scan; both products arrived "Next day", in which the service response is so impressive!!! As we would like to return CR-Scan for full refund as we don't need it anymore for our project, we requested the return. James Bell has responded so quickly and saw through the return process. We got the refund as soon as the product arrived back at Technology Outlet. The whole experience is just simply Fantastic.

Bought 4 Ender 3 pros and received them quickly. Really well packaged (Creality) and easy to assemble (Creality).
The SD Card readers are very frail (Creality) and packed up within days.
Technology Outlet were quick with their response "I'm afraid we cannot replace these under warranty, as it is accessory and not a part of the printer."
Had a couple of other problems (software issues and Myles has been absolutely brilliant. All sorted and running smoothly.

Unbelievable Customer service. A definate customer service model for other Companies to follow. Just wish there were more Companies out there like this. Excellent shipping, and lightning fast responses to emails and queries. Well done and keep it up. I will definately purchase from you again in the future.

Honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase form this site. I purchased an Artillery sidewinder x2, originally this was shown as out of stock so I contacted them via there help desk to see when this would next be in stock. I received a quick response noting that they had a couple in one of their European warehouses. They updated the webpage to allow me to order which is above and beyond what most suppliers would do. With it coming from an alternate warehouse to normally they also gave me an accurate lead time which was very helpful. I couldn’t be happier and will be ordering from them again!

Incredible service, I bought my printer from CrealityOfficial and was accidentally Technology Outlet even after they found out they where extremely helpful, myles lightfoot helped significantly with advice and after apologising to them about me contacting them, James Bell left me this incredible message showing how great their service really is.

Had a problem with a roll of filament. Myles Lightfoot responded immediately, analysed the problem quickly and organised a replacement straight away. Courteous, friendly and efficient service. First rate.

Great service. I had a problem with my 3D printer which I've had for about 3 years. They offered some solutions to gradually eliminate various possible causes of the problem. They even sent out a new spool of filament to check that wasn't the cause. After I was ready to give up, they still had other ideas to try and in the end they sorted the problem and now it's back to good printing again.

After 6 months my CR6-MAX developed a crack in the extruder (known issue), James was VERY fast to respond to my issue, and had a replacement part sent out the same day! - brilliant service!

I ordered a 3D printer on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend and it arrived in perfect condition on the Tuesday. The printer model supplied had a Shuko Europeam plug instead of a UK BS1361 type but I had a spare lead so got round that. A small part came off after the first print. I emailed and they asked for pictures, which I sent, and they explained it was simply a guide tube and the printer would work fine without it, which is the case.

I ordered from Technology Outlet as I had read good reviews while researching availability and I think I was right to do so. Each contact with them has been professional and friendly

Purchased my first 3d printer an Ender 5 Pro and sadly the card reader failed in the first week (these things happen) contacted technology outlet support, Myles took me through some things to try and resolve the issue and sent me out a replacement mainboard next day delivery installed/update firmware and good to go again 👍 excellent customer services/company I will surely be using you again for future purchasers

I recently purchased my first 3d printer, ender 3 S1 Pro. Delivery was quick and with no problems. After a couple of weeks the nozzle started crashing into the print bed and I contacted support. Within 24 hours Myles had a replacement sensor delivered to me, and now the printer works as it should. Great customer support. Highly recommended 👌

Technology outlet: cannot praise this company highly enough, brilliant products, prices and delivery. Recently had a problem with my 3d printer bought from Technology outlet. Myles Lightfoot in the support dept has been brilliant promptly dispatching the part and answering any questions I had. 5 stars is not enough. Love this company so much that I have purchased another 3d printer
