ANGRY BUSINESS OWNER
I had the delight of meeting the owner of this business the other day when I was leaving a neighbouring business. As I left the owner was locking up his gates but decided to park his white van in such a way that it blocked the drive out of the business park. I sat patiently waiting for him to lock up his unit as I was in the rush to leave. As he got back in his van totally unprovoked he made hand gestures to me calling me a w***er, which I found very surprising and really un necessary.
As we pulled out of the business park I approached a set of traffic lights that where red. As I pulled up next to him he decided to carry on swearing at me and calling me names. I asked what I had done to upset him and he proceeded to tell me that I was one of those types of people that time was precious to me, I told him I was in no rush but there was no need to swear and get angry at me. After speaking to other customers of businesses in the area I have found out that he is a very angry man and has spoken to other in much the same manner.
Considering I’m just a member of the public I am totally shocked at how he speaks to people and I would hate to think how he would speak to a customer when there is a problem. If you take my advice keep well clear of this business and this small minded angry man. I’m sure there are better companies in this industry to do business with than these people.
