I used the services of one of the divisions of XcelHR for almost 5 years. They had the best health plan available in area, workman's compensation, payroll, and other services I did not have the time to create. They always paid on time. When I first signed up with Xcel my sales person guranteed a personalized experience and swore Xcel was equipped with an amazing staff who would take care of my needs upon request. Since then, the local sales person no longer works there and the HR that was assigned to me also no longer works there. Everything has gone downhill since then. I have been assigned 3 different HR representatives. I no longer get prompt response to my requests. I feel the employee/employer portal could use some improvement and provide better resources right from there instead of having to ask for forms via email. I am seriously considering moving our business elsewhere.
