Easiest option for storage.
Best solution I could find for short term storage, no loading at home, then unloading to storage, then it comes back when you need it.

Excellent. Such an easy drop off.

Craig was brilliant when delivering the taxi box, friendly, helpful and efficient.

We used taxibox to move house. NOT RECOMMENDED

Unfortunately the TV broke. We used taxi box removalists and they refused to cover the damage. Any other removalist company would have.

Further more. They damaged our property which required an asbestos cleaning crew to come out and clean the area. When I contacted them about this, they tried to claim the damage was preexisting. Absolute nonsense. Luckily I had a picture of the box being delivered with no damage. They are still refusing to cover the cost of the cleanup however.

In the end it would have been cheaper to use a more professional removalist service than to use Taxibox.

From start to finish it exceeded my expertstions. I was a little worried about the final delivery as parking was an issue but Dana went above and beyond to make sure I was able to empty my box in a short timely manner. I can’t thank Dana and the crew enough. Dana is worth his weight in gold and I couldn’t have emptied it without his help.

The experience when booking was straight forwards, however ran into some difficulties when the box was too heavy after being advised that it was ok. The staff helped me get the contents into a second box and shipped it to my home state. Frank was extremely helpful and accommodating when dropping off the Boxes, real assest to the business 👍

My TaxiBox was delivered super-efficiently by their driver Frank - who was a total legend. He was on time and negotiated the narrow driveway with ease and dropped it exactly where I needed it to go.
Highly recommend using TaxiBox for your next move and if you get Frank assigned to your delivery you can guarantee it will be super-easy!

I was pretty blown away by the service and ease of the taxi box service.
I’ve never used it before and certainly did not expect for it to be as seamless as it was. The communication upfront was amazing, text correspondence related to location and my potential concern of access difficult was responded to almost immediately. They eased my concerns and on the day of delivery, I was genuinely shocked and the level of professionalism, ease and skill of the driver. He navigated a difficult tight street and steep gutters with such ease. Nothing was too difficult for him.
I then wasn’t at the property when it was collected but received text messages informing me of timing and then confirming it had been collected, no dramas what so ever.
I have bragged to anyone that will listen since that first delivery of the box, about how impressive it all was.

The delivery process was simple however I was not informed prior to packing belongings into taxibox that full taxiboxes could not me relocated. So really the name "taxibox" is misleading this caused me a great deal of extra time & effort as I was moving house loaded the taxibox thinking that at least the garage contents would be ready to go when I found a new property, but No, I had to unload the thing again & move contents myself. So while the delivery was excellent & the concept appeared good and convenient it was a costly waste of time as it was not actually a "taxi" it was just a storage container.

Fantastic services easy to access your box in storage, staff are amazing. Would recommend it to anybody.

The communication with the team was great and I was allowed to make several changes on the collection of the boxes to accomodate to our needs.
Aside from that the price was reasonable.

Corey delivered two taxi boxes. Corey is lovely, pleasant and friendly. As far as the office staff are concerned I will withhold my dealings and sharing information as I don’t want to say something and regret it. The lady that booked the 2 taxi boxes to be delivered in kalkallo, some emotional intelligence goes a long way when dealing with customers, also I was lied to that the boxes would be on trailers that didn’t happen and I could have them overnight. When I tried to explain my situation she stood her ground, she didn’t listen to understand. The rest I prefer to withhold. As it is now the probability of using taxi boxes again, probably not.

Frank and taxibox deserve to be known as legends in the self removal business. The value for money, communication and self help tools are incredible. The entire process just so easy, they deliver and pick up on time. Frank in Melbourne is an absolute hero, a massive smile even when negotiating the busiest of streets and tightest of driveways. ‘It’s like a freeway to me’ he kept telling me, and it seemed like it was. I can’t recommend highly enough, and would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks Frank and taxibox.

SUPER IMPRESSED!!! This is good old fashioned customer service. Professional, friendly, on time, able to be reached by phone. I changed my mind twice and they accommodated and made my life super easy. It’s also extremely affordable. 10/10 from me. Thank you!

Fabulous idea!
I was concerned my things would grow mould during all the rain but it didn't happen thank goodness.
They answer the phone speak to you human to human don't keep you waiting a very organised business with charming people. Most impressed.
