Great service

Great service, you are in contact with your driver before the trip so any issues you can contact them directly. They send detailed instructions on where to meet. Our driver was friendly and car was spotless. Highly recommend and would use them in the future.

Extremely Disappointed with Last-Minute Cancellation

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with TAXI 2 AIRPORT. I had booked their service in advance, expecting a smooth and reliable ride to the airport. However, just hours before my scheduled pickup, I received a last-minute email notification stating that my transport had been canceled.

This abrupt cancellation caused significant distress and disrupted my travel plans. I had to scramble to find an alternative transport option, which not only added to my stress but also resulted in delays that almost made me miss my flight. The lack of direct communication or a phone call only made matters worse, leaving me feeling abandoned and frustrated.

I had chosen this company based on their promises of reliability and customer service, but they failed to deliver on both fronts. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for dependable airport transport. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that values its customers and communicates effectively.

Overall, a disappointing experience that I hope others can avoid.

Last time I used taxi to airport

A couple of times everything was ok… perfect service. But the last time the taxi didn”t show up, I told the company and asked a refund…they didn”t believe me and answered me in a negative way, so no refund, had to pay another taxi there, so that was the last time I used taxi to AirPort…

Vehicle was a pile of crap

Vehicle was a pile of crap, honestly don't know how they get away with using it. A sliding back door that barely closed suggests safety concerns and the fact it had done 484k km!
Anyhow they were on time

I booked a taxi from Memmingem…

I booked a taxi from Memmingem Aeroport to Memmingem Hauptbahnhof.Unfortunaly,the driver was not there to wait for US.

Taxi2Airport No Show

We booked a transfer from Athens Airport to Piraeus Port Hotel through Expedia.ca. They booked us through Taxi2Airport who in turn commissioned Tlt Services P.C. to pick us up and take us to the airport. We arrived at the airport, collected our baggage and went to the pick up meeting point. There was no one there to meet us. We searched the area and there was no one with our name on a card to greet us. We asked drivers who were there if they knew of this company and no one did. We continued to inquire for 45 minutes. We finally decided to take a taxi from the taxi stand. We have contacted Expedia and Taxi2Airport to get compensation. Taxi2Airport did an investigation and said that the taxi driver was there. They refused to compensate us. We paid for a service we did not receive. Do not use Taxi2Airport they are not a reputable company. After many phone calls Expedia did compensate us however we were out of pocket for the extra charge of using the local taxi at the taxi stand not to mention the stress of the situation when you are starting a holiday.

Extremely rude and unhelpful driver THE BOOKING CODE WAS N6MBKX

Extremely rude and unhelpful driver, made us feel very uncomfortable. We waited in the hotel lobby as it was raining heavily. We thought that we would receive a message stating that the driver had arrived and was waiting outside, our mistake. Just 4 minutes after the arranged pick up time we decided to go outside to look for the driver. My husband was met by an extremely unpleasant, and rude driver. He offered no assistance with baggage or attempts to communicate, and played his music up loud during the journey as a protest. Not a nice end to our stay in Vienna. I would have complained directly to the company but there is no formal means of doing this online.

Our return transfer from our Hotel to…

Our return transfer from our Hotel to the airport I would give a rating of 0 if that was an option.
The car was filthy. The driver’s seat cover had big holes in. The back seat had a throw over it covering the seats probably because there was holes in the covers underneath. The car was manky and dirty. I’m surprised we got to the airport in one piece. The driver drove like a maniac, speeding down narrow roads with cars parked on both sides. The driver’s driving was dangerous and we felt unsafe. We couldn’t wait to arrive at our destination. Book at your own risk it was so stressful.

WELL DONE TAXI2AIRPORT FOR SMOOTH TRANSFERS

First time we have used this company for airport transfer. We were kept up to date concerning our booking with what's app messages. We were met by Carl as agreed and taxi arrived within a couple of minutes due to waiting restrictions at Punta Cana airport. Driver was helpful and was considerate driving. Return journey went smoothly as well, photograph of taxi was sent to us and again driver was polite and on time.Would recommend Taxi2Airport for airport transfers.

Holiday Extras transfer: Bus didn't pick us up

Waited for half an hour at the pick up point outside our hotel as instructed.m, but the bus didn't turn up. After a couple of calls to the company they told us to walk down the road in the midday sun with all our bags and a pushchair to another hotel where the bus was waiting for us. Bus driver didn't care.

Taxi2Airport are scammers

Taxi2Airport are scammers. DO NOT USE. I booked them to collect my family from the Jana Palace Hotel in Fes Morocco to the airport and they never showed up. They were very happy for me to pay in advance and keep my money though! I had to use alternative transport or all 8 of us would miss our flight. Disgusting customer service when I tried to complain. I went around in circles with customer service and now apparently the drivers keep no records after 14 days so no refund. Thank you very much Taxi2Airport but you are criminals. I am warning the public not to use them.

Late arrival, wouldn’t use again

Travelled to and from Malaga airport. Arriving at the airport, the driver wasn’t to be seen so we had to call the company and told he will be there in 5 minutes. Waited about 20 minutes until the driver met us at arrivals.
Getting picked up from our hotel, there was no sign of the driver at the booked time. We waited 5 minutes then called them, for them to then message us via WhatsApp for some reason instead. Were told the driver is 5 minutes away, still no sign. Contacted again and they said there was a problem and another driver is now coming, another 10 minutes. In total, we waited 25 minutes until a driver arrived to pick us up.

I wouldn’t use or recommend this company, and particularly wasn’t impressed that they didn’t contact us first at all to tell us that the drivers are late etc.

Bad service

I will only give one star because I have to, I tried to change my pickup time to the airport In Naples and was told I couldn’t.

The taxi driver then contacted me, I explained I would not be leaving that early, they still turned up and waited for 15 minutes as that was their policy.

Terrible customer service, no dynamic thinking or making it easy for customers to change times in advance of pick up.

Taxi2airport driver (Sergio) turned up about 10 mins before agreed time, which was great to settle any concerns / worries we had. He was very polite and spoke quite good english which made the trip pleasant and pass quite quickly. Would definitely recommend

Driver was 32 minutes late

Driver was 32 minutes late. The journey was clearly booked as an airport drop off so such a delay is completely unacceptable. I received no communication at all from either the driver or the control room until I contacted them 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. I was repeatedly told the driver was 5-7 minutes away until his eventual arrival. Led to a very stressful journey through the airport and I only reached the departure gate for my flight with minutes to spare.
