Tapstitch is the best Streetwear Provider!
I would say that Tapstitch is the best streetwear focused and Print on Demand provider in general! Their prices are absolutely insanely cheap for the super high quality fabric and designs they produce! Their prices are zero dollars upfront is absolutely amazing for small businesses owners like me who need affordable options to start an entire clothing brand! They have great products and catalog which is perfect for luxury, designer, or streetwear! Great customer service too!

This company shipped me a shirt that…
This company shipped me a shirt that was too small and it did not have the logo on the tag like what was ordered.
I had to contact customer service through their chat box.
They decided to give me a full refund after giving me the runaround. They then emailed me and told me that they were sending me my total refund of $16.01. But when they sent a refund, they did not send the full amount that they charged my card. They only refunded me $11.52. When I contacted them and told them that they did not do what they agreed with they still were trying to give me the runaround and say they are looking into this and then they say that they are only refunding the $11.52. Stay far away from this company because they are not very professional!

The issue here was caused by a newly onboarded support agent who was not yet sufficiently familiar with both our refund system operations and the correct service process. In your situation, the correct resolution should have been a full refund from the beginning, and we sincerely apologize that this was not handled properly.
What you experienced does not reflect the standard of service we expect at Tapstitch. We understand how frustrating it is to be told one thing and then receive a different refund amount afterward, especially after already dealing with issues related to the product itself.
We have already internally reviewed this case and are strengthening our onboarding and training process to prevent similar situations from happening again.

I've been designing on Tapstitch for a little over a year and I have been so satisfied every time. The pricing is reasonable with clear breakdowns. Maybe most importantly the clothes available to design on are great quality and the printing onto them holds up well.

UPF50 rated t-shirts faded badly after wearing for a few times in early spring. Tapstitch took no accountability or responsibility saying I only had 7 days to report any faults. Poor quality garments and no customer service. Think twice before shopping here. Also you'll have to wait a long time as they come from China.

After working with Printful for years and being frustrated with the quality of their apparel, I'm so glad I found Tapstitch! As soon as I ordered the first products, our team ooooo'ed adn awww'ed over all of them. Fast turnaround time, high quality materials, great print quality, and the hood on my hoodie was actually a useable size which I love. Seems to be a hard ask nowadays to have a functional hood on a hoodie lol.

Design What You Want!! Awesome Experience!!
The ability to design your own t-shirt, sweatshirt, sweatpants and other items is awesome. I've been using the site for just under a year and can't wait to design the next pieces of clothing I will wear or want to get for someone else. Was kind of hoping to get the company to add like a lightweight, stretchy 1/4 zip or lightweight hooded sweatshirt. Hopefully those items get added in the future.

Loved using the online interface
Loved using the online interface, very ease. It isn't super accurate (like PS or Quark) but I didn't expect it to be so, considering we're printing onto a garment. That said my hoodie turned up looking great. Very happy with the colours and sharpness of the print. Garment is excellent in weight and warmth. A little larger than I anticipated but still way wearable. I'm very happy and am hoping to do more business through TS......

I've searched far and wide on the…
I've searched far and wide on the internet for a turnkey service like Tapstitch. Something easy to visualize what I'm wanting. The quality is fantastic. In the future, I would love to see an embroidery option. The screen printing is great, but embroidery gives it that extra custom personal touch to a brand. I would love to see hats, beanies and jackets at some point. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my order and I will be ordering more.
