A company clearly in the wrong business
Trying to get a delivery from this delivery company ironically seems Impossible. My original order " mysteriously "disappeared but they advised they had delivered. Now the replacement order form the store , tamdis advised would be delivered yesterday and then quickly advised it cannot be and they will be in touch. Needless to say i have heard nothing and strongly suspect this delivery will also "mysteriously" disappear.

If I could give 0 star I would. They were supposed to deliver on a Tuesday which never happened and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that I work until 5 so they couldn’t deliver whenever. However they were supposed to call me to schedule a time and date of delivery but never did, so I called them 2 days later to figure out when my package would arrive and they said it would arrive Friday at 18:00, I waited the whole afternoon trying to call send emails but no response. Now I have to wait the whole weekend and until who knows how long until I receive my package. Disgraceful

Not only my package was not delivered on the timeframe agreed, nor even during the course of the same day. The day after delivery date I call again and they say they cannot deliver it because they don’t start with yesterday’s undelivered packages, but I have to reschedule it. They also provide several contradictory statements about the reason of this delay. How ilogic is all this? And who is paying for the time I’ve missed for this failure of delivery ? This is beyond ridiculous, or unprofessional . Who is going to compensate me ?

I've been waiting for almost 2 months for a return to reach Sklum in Spain from Caldas da Rainha in Portugal. Customer service gives me no information and I can't reach them by either phone or email.
RUN. Do not deliver (agreed date and time). Impossible to contact.
Company sent email, texted and call me to arrange delivery. Delivery was arranged for today between 14 and 16h. They never came to delivery nor called me to let me know they would not meet the agreed date and time. The company does not have a reachable email and they do not pick up the phone. I tried calling for 2h (from 16h to 18h). After 18h you get an automatic message saying their service is closed after 18h. Seeing these reviews, it appears everyone experiences the same issues and that is literally impossible to reach the company.

Tamdis Delivery Disaster: Lies, Excuses, No Accountability

We bought 4 chairs and 1 dining table from SKLUM, packed in 4 packages and collected by Tamdis almost 4 weeks ago. Until today, Tamdis keeps saying 1 package is still in Valencia while the other 3 are in Porto.
Why can’t you handle this? Did you lose our package? Did it disappear? What does this mean??? The “game” you are playing is sick and unfair. We are paying customers, not toys for your incompetence.
I will keep writing here until you answer. If you lost it, refund it — but at least be honest with us. This silence and dishonesty is unacceptable.
Just look at the customer reviews from the last 3 weeks — it’s CRAZY how big the scale of irresponsibility and dishonesty from Tamdis AND SKLUM has become. And SKLUM is no better, since they also don’t care at all about solving their customers’ problems.
This is so unfair, dishonest, and sickening. Customers deserve respect, transparency, and solutions — not lies and silence.
Terrible service
Terrible service! They call but hang up imediatly so it's impossible to answer their calls!
If you call them they jsut say they will call again tomorrow.
Then you enter into an infinite loop of frustration and missed delivery.
The tracking feature is also next to useless. No interaction is possible it just tells you that you don't have an appointment.
How is it possible for a company with such terrible service to survive in a modern economy?

WARNING!!! Total incompetence, zero work ethic. Easily the most disastrous delivery company ever.
Our nightmare started when we ordered a TV and a speaker from Sony official website on 10th July. After three weeks of waiting the first delivery attempt was finally made on 1st August: they "forgot" to load the speaker and therefore they have to bring the TV back to the warehouse. Apparently "Sony doesn't allow them to deliver an incomplete order". I insisted over and over again because the installation was already paid and arranged for the following day, then even offered to drive 30 mins to their warehouse to pick up the speaker by myself. The response from the two drivers was: the warehouse already closed at 17:00 (which turned out to be a lie), there's NOTHING they can do, and if I have any complaint I should bring it directly to Sony.
We phoned their office right after, the woman answering was equally shocked by this level of stupidity because the drivers were supposed to "check twice" before their departure. Now they would have to do an inventory check to find out whether it was indeed left behind as the two drivers claimed, or perhaps they stole it!
Being promised that they will deliver as soon as they can, on 4th August I was called to expect a second delivery on 5th. And expectedly, this morning they called again to cancel the delivery because "there's an issue at the warehouse". What issue? They refused to share. At this point, taking into consideration that the drivers didn't want me to go to their warehouse, I can only assume that they either lost the speaker or damaged the 5.000 euros TV, both would result in another month of delay to restock from Sony!
The level of incompetence that they've demonstrated is way beyond human imagination. It is undoubtedly the biggest mystrey of 21st century how they're still in business!

We ordered a lounge set from Maisons du Monde in Marbella on July 22, with delivery to Estepona promised before July 30. On July 28, Tamdis called to ask if delivery on July 29 would work for us. The appointment was confirmed via text message, and 15 minutes before arrival, the driver called to let us know they were on their way.
Everything was delivered perfectly — the items were unpacked and the packaging material was taken away.
After reading some negative reviews, we were a bit worried that something might go wrong, but quite the opposite happened! We had a very positive experience and are very happy with the service
On time & very helpful delivery guys
I had a sofa from Sklum delivered by Tamdis. They called me two days in advance to confirm the date & delivery window was ok for me.
They arrived on time and the guys carried the sofa up 4 flights of stairs to my apartment as we don't have a lift. Really good service.

I read of the negative reviews on Tamdis but I believe it would depend which depot the delivery comes from. This was from their Granada depot and what a service!

This delivery company is really sad. SKLUM (onlineshop) says delivery withing 5-7 days now I am waiting exactly for 3 weeks and if we call TAMDIS (deliverer) its always either tomorrow or by the end of the week. So we waited again & again & again and nothing is happening. Absolutelly sad that companies chasing them for delivery (maybe its the cheapest option for them - but I paid 69€ delivery)

Dining table delivery from La Redoute promised 8 to 11 days after purchase. One month later absolutely nothing, calls to Tamdis useless as they offer no solution, just that I must wait. Haven't updated the tracking for 25 days!!! And that is when the website actually works... Why do the retailers use this joke of a company ???

Never work with these liars if you can, and if you must, make sure to check and watch everything they do whenever they deliver and assemble something.
When we called customer service to file a complaint, they were understanding but let’s see if they actually solve the issue. Hopefully.
