Very Helpful Staff
My mother was looking for a new mattress, having moved into a new apartment, and the team at the Pinatar Park store were extremely helpful and provided great service from start to finish.
During delivery, we had encountered an issue with one of the couriers, and the team (Saray, Laura, Mar and Veronica) went above and beyond to resolve the problem that satisfied our requirements to ensure the mattress was received. Thank you to you all, especially to Saray!

Inflexible Return Policy and Disappointing Service
Too little time to try. Most companies offer a full year, but when we asked to exchange an absolutely new product because we changed our minds due to plans to upgrade our home design to a bigger bed, the request was denied. I have no desire to purchase from this company again and do not recommend it to anyone. Very inflexible customer service.

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM, I am SHOCKED.
I ordered a 160*200 matress for 850 euros, by mistake I ordered gemelos instead of regular 160*200, this option is a default, selectable option, I got a notification about my order being sent out 2 days after meaning that they did not have to customize it FOR me, they have ot ready in their warehouses.
We got a 2 piece matress, which was not the expectation, we sent the delivery back, hoping to get a replacement that we wanted to get initially.
When we called them, they told us gemelos could not be returned - WHAT???? as this is a customizeable option, which it's absolutely not, however, if we want to make an exchange, we can pay 100 euros for the transportation. We were shocked at the price and conditions, and the idea of not being able to return the order when we never received/unpacked and used it. Since the mistake we ours, we called back to hear that the transportation costs would cost us 190 euros from a different girl. When we asked her how come the price was different 5 mins after, she said she did not know, since we were initially speaking to her colleague, not to her. After that we got an email that the change would cost us 120 euros. New sum every time - which is a total an complete violation of my rights as of customer and a scam, as the employees do not follow a unique company policy or do not have one. They're just forcing you into buying unpopular products without a chance to change your mind, this is appalling, never again, complete shame and a scam, STAY AWAY!!!

Excellent Service & Quality
I am very happy with my experience at Max Colchon! We were in a real bind and needed a new mattress urgently. From the moment we started the buying process, the staff at Max Colchon (both Gisella and her colleague) were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding us to the perfect choice without any pressure.
What truly amazed us was the delivery speed. They understood our urgent situation and managed to get our new, high-quality mattress delivered to our doorstep in just 48 hours! The mattress itself is fantastic – comfortable, supportive, and clearly made to last.
I can't recommend Max Colchon enough. If you're looking for a top-quality mattress combined with great customer service and lightning-fast delivery, this is the place to go.

We had a great experience in the shop. One of the best customer service in town. They made sure we got exactly what we needed for our home, and gave us time to think and decide.
They have a big variety of combinations between styles, colors and sizes.
As a customer I would come back to MaxColcon and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a bed/mattress/pillows.

Great product and even better customer care
I bought a mattress several months ago and due to the great experience that I had the first time, I also bought another mattress a couple of weeks ago. I had a terrible back pain so I was looking for a new mattress for me. Patricia approched me and asi soon as I explained to her about my back pain, she was able to advice me the mattemress that best suited my pain and my budget. She took a very informative apporach so I was able to decide on my own wich mattress best suited my needs and I never felt the need to sell for the shake of selling, instead I felt a real wish to really help me with mi back issues. All the info gotten I bought the mattress and not only that, but I also got back to the store to buy an auxiliar mattress for my kids friends too. Great experience, even greater customer care by Patricia.
